When I encounter a company that responds quickly and offers fast service at a reasonable price, I am happy. When the quality of work turns out to be at an even higher level, and the professionalism and dedication to customer service are beyond expectations, I am more than just happy. As advertised, Keith performed a variety of tests to see what was wrong with my old door opener. After we both concluded that it was not repairable, he and his assistant proceeded with the new install. From there it went quickly and perfectly. The service, workmanship, and product purchased met and exceeded my expectations. I don't expect to need their service again, any time soon, but Aaron Door is the only company I would call for anything relating to a garage door. Everything about the process, from the first call, booking, showing up on time, the diagnostics, the installation, the overall desire to serve the needs of the customer, and even the payment process, are exactly what I want in any contractor.

He did very well, on time and answered my question, he has to come back though to help fix the timing on the door.

My torsion spring broke on a single garage door. I called Aaron at 8 who gave an accurate quote over the phone. The crew was here by 9 and done in about an hour. Not only did they fix the spring but they lubed and adjusted my two other garage doors at no extra cost. Could not have been a better customer experience.

Great job, responded immediately, came out and looked at right away. Followed up a few days later and finished the job. Reasonable price, didn't feel like we got taken.

Linda, who answered my unhappy call, was wonderfully responsive and had Lou come to diagnose the problem within 2 hours. It turned out that a second person was needed as well as materials located elsewhere. So he and a colleague returned the next day (Saturday and not a usual workday) to take care of our problem! They were prompt, efficient and effective.

I called and spoke to Linda who was so kind and very helpful when describing that our garage door spring had broken. She advised that there was an Angie's list special to fix both springs. Within 45 minutes Al was at our home fixing the springs! He finished within an hour and did a fantastic job. Amazing customer service and would recommend to everyone. Thanks so much!

I contacted Aaron Door Company for a general idea on pricing to replace a garage door spring, and surprisingly, was given an exact quote - which I thought was more than a fair amount - over the phone. And even better, they were able to stop by almost immediately to do the work. With a non-working garage door, that was appreciated. Al arrived about half an hour after my call and got right to work. About 30 minutes after his arrival, he was done and the garage door was working perfectly. Total price for the service call/spring replacement (which included a general inspection and lubrication of the garage door) was exactly what was quoted on the phone - $170. The customer service was fantastic, from the initial phone conversation, to the unexpectedly quick response time, to the fast and fairly-priced service call. I recommend Aaron Door Company without hesitation.

Showed up on time, fixed the spring and oiled the spring on the other garage door. Cleaned up the work area. Performed his duties and now the door works like a "well oiled" machine!

Al came out and installed garage doors! They look beautiful! I hated my garage before now I love looking at it! Left for work came home to beautiful new doors on my garage! Prompt service everything was cleaned up, hauled away, you didn't even know they were there except for the beautiful new doors! Extremely well! I was able to get service when I wanted it (first thing, next day). The serviceman Al, did a fantastic job. I am now retired and had made some adjustments on the door over the weekend. He was great about explaining what needed to be done, why, and answering my questions. He reviewed with me the safety features of the doors. He did the necessary adjustments on the one door and got it working properly. He did the inspection and lubrication of both doors. I was highly impressed that he was knowledgeable, efficient and eager to share his knowledge. I was also very impressed that he did not try to sell me anything that I did not need. I will definitely call them again for routine maintenance and any problems.

Due to the complexity of trying to match a new door to a historical situation, they needed to come out twice to assess the situation and find remedy to ensure that the new fit would be architecturally correct. They were spot-on, and had everything in order right away. I have been a professional builder for several decades and have hired numerous garage door contractors. I am looking forward to working with Aaron Door on future projects as I know they will never let me down.

We are a Police and Jail facility. It is VITAL that these Sally Port doors operate efficiently 24/7. We receive inmates from as many as 9 neighboring communities. Aaron door completed the repair the next business day after I made contact with them. To help matters, weeks earlier, I had 2 members of their staff (Lisa and Al) stop out to see our doors, take measurements and quote prices ahead of time. We the constant use these doors take, I wanted to be prepared. sure enough, we did our homework as a customer and their business. Aaron Door's follow through, professionalism and repair work was excellent. I cannot see going anywhere else. This group knows what they're doing....and at a fair price.

They were great. Fair price, showed up when they said they would and their installers did a good job. Lisa, the sales rep even came to one of our construction meetings a couple weeks before their install date just to make sure they knew anything they would need to know. That was above and beyond. I'm very satisfied and am having them do the next 4 buildings.
