I received a call immediately from the company's president, John. He was at my house shortly thereafter. Walked the premises and even into the woods. He provided a couple of different options for solutions and performed the application the same day. Very honest, friendly, and wore covid-19 ppe.

We learned a lot about this particular species and how to keep him from returning. The owner was thoroughly professional and knowledgeable.

This business always provides top notch service. The problem is always taken care of, but the kudos goes to their service. They came out promptly, they came out when they said they would, and Aardvark got rid of the pests. I will for sure use them again next season!

I have been using them for a couple of years. They do a very thorough job.

This service is too far in the past for me to recall details of either price or what was needed. However, I have used Aardvark Pest several times over the previous several years. John solved pest problems others couldn't. He came, solved the problem and charged a reasonable price. Once he fixed a problem, the problem was gone. Plus, John can explain what he's doing, why, and how to prevent problems in the future.

They are very prompt and reliable. They come do the job and when they're done you don't have any pests.

Excellent. I've used John several times - once every few years for carpenter ants. He always solves the problem and the treatment lasts far longer than his warranty. We've never had to call him back. This time, we had called specifically for the bees in the wall. He was concerned that one treatment might not get them because their nests can be pretty far from the entrance point. We stood near the interior wall where we were hearing them while he treated. We could hear them buzzing like crazy when he blew the dust in. We haven't heard anything since. We didn't really "need" the ant treatment, we hadn't seen any in the house this year but figured we would have him do it while he was here. John is very personable and intelligent.

I like the person who services our house. He always does a good job. He does what I request without trying to push me to do more than I need.

VERY HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING HOW TO LOOK FOR ANTS NEST, AVOIDING INFESTATION AND PESTS. CAME ON TIME AND GAVE REASONABLE PRICE. THE ANTS CAME BACK, AFTER TWO WEEKS, AND THEY WERE HAPPY TO COME OUT AND SPRAY AGAIN.
