We purchased a package on Angie's List for a service call and 1 hour of labor. Called to schedule an appointment and left message on Monday afternoon. Received return call the next day. Explained we purchased a package and wanted to schedule service at a rental property. He stated the coupon is not for use on commercial properties (rental) however he would go ahead and honor it this time. Note: there was no disclosure in the coupon fine print that stated this. He couldnt find our purchase anywhere so he asked me for the coupon code. I explained I wasn't in front of email but could forward it to him later that day. He agreed to go ahead and schedule the appointment for Thursday without the coupon info. I emailed the coupon code to him and he responded that wasn't a code type he was familiar with and suggested we call Angie's list to work it out. I had to download the actual coupon to a PDF and email to him. I didn't hear back after that but I assume that is what he needed since he did show up for the service call as needed and handled the issue without problem. The experience of purchasing and using a package wasn't quite what we expected.

The electrician did a great job, explaining how the switches have been wired incorrectly and then correcting and testing the switches so that they function correctly with other non-illuminated switches on the same circuit. The company was very responsive in communicating and scheduling a visit of the electrician. I am very pleased with the service and will definitely plan to use this company again in the future for other electrical needs.

Everything was done quickly and efficiently by a very polite and cooperative technician. I could not ask for better service.

I was really pleased with the work. The repairs were even color matched so the trim looks like new. The plumbing vents are not leaking at present but will bear watching.

Steve arrived at 8:15am. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Within 30mins he had found the problem (a poorly installed outlet) and replaced the same. I now have a working outlet again. This was not an emergency as it was in the garage but it was convenient as it powered my central vacuum. He was done by 9:00am and it cost me just $3 over the deal price (for the new outlet). I will definitely use Wheeler Electric for any further work I may need.

I hit the on switch, it lights up. Life is good.

It was wonderful working with Wheeler Electric tech. He was in and out in an hour and saved us big money on our ceiling fans installations. We had two ceiling fans exchanged out for newer style and lights. On our worst weather day of this year, our tech guy was here half an hour early and got right to it. We are very happy and this has to be the best deal for us in ten years...!!!

We purchased the $69 coupon for 1 hour of service. They scheduled with us within a week of purchase. They arrived on time, did the work quickly and professionally. I would use them again or recommend them.

They had to come back an additional time to work with DP&L to figure out the best way to remedy the situation. They were patient waiting for the power company to come and turn off transformer power, and then worked quickly to get me back online.

Outstanding service. Did everything he could to keep the call under the one hour covered by the voucher. Did not attempt to trick me into purchasing outlets I did not need, pointing out opportunities others might have exploited. Answered all my questions and explained his processes to my satisfaction.

Went well. Was able to get an appointment earlier due to a cancellation. Took a little time to find the problem because the breaker switch did not trip. So the problem was more difficult to locate. Was able to finally find the issue by smell of burnt plastic in the attic. Steve was friendly and professional and would recommend to anyone...have already recommend to another relative of mine.

Steve came by as scheduled after a call from Wheelers Office to confirm the appointment and details of the job. Steve arrived promptly, assessed the job, put down a drop cloth to contain any debris from the old fan and ceiling and went right to work. He carefully dismantled the old fan and assembled the new fan. Asked about how far to drop the fan from the ceiling before beginning installation. The installation went without any problems and was done in a professional manner. He asked if I wanted him to carry the old fan and boxes into the garage but I decided I wanted to take the old fan apart myself just to see why is was no longer functioning. He finished the job in about two hours.

The technician from Wheeler called the day prior to confirm the appointment. He showed up on time and was friendly and professional. I explained that I needed a ceiling fan installed and wired to the two-switch switch plate, one for operating the light and one for the fan. At the time, the switch plate controlled the ceiling fan fixture and the top half of one wall outlet. The technician installed the ceiling fan, rewired the outlet and the switch plate in no time. I appreciate the speed, professionalism and quality of work. I definitely recommend Wheeler Electric.

Angie's List sent me a today's deal email for this electrician for $69, which I purchased. Turns out this electrician is somewhere in Ohio, instead of Murfreesboro, Tenn., where I live. Somebody needs to give me my money back.

The electrician on the job proactively called me to ensure I would be home, as well as calling me again when he was 15 minutes or so out. He arrived well within the window the main office had told me. I found the electrician to be friendly, professional, and patient. He explained his repairs to me, including a very easy and quick fix for the porch light (the contact had become flattened and he was able to easily get it to its original position). He then provided some verbal estimates on other work I have been considering and answered my questions about building codes and what would be required. I was very impressed with the service, appearance, and demeanor of the electrician. I'd recommend Wheeler, and definitely will use them again.

It went well. He came out right when he said he would. He fixed it and it works great. I really like the company.

The responsiveness was great, and he showed up on time. I had underestimated the amount of work required to bring the existing electrical wiring up to code - it was not done by a certified electrician. He was able to stay longer to finish the job properly.
