It was a long time ago and they always do great work. This was a big deal purchase and it went very well. We have had them here a couple of times. One person came out to complete the service. It took a good hour to complete the service -- they took the whole hour. They left the area clean. I liked everything. They did what we wanted,. It was well done and everything was clean. It was like they weren't here when they left and we had great lights.

Steve arrived promptly at the appointment time. He assessed all areas I wanted addressed. Within minutes I was give a quote. Upon discussing the quote, I elected to have some of the work and done and left others for another time. He began work immediately. All the work I wanted was completed. The entire process took less than two hours. I will definitely use Wheeler Elecric again (I've already scheduled more work with them) and would highly recommend them.

WHEELER ELECTRIC was excellent in their task in installing an outdoor light fixture on my home. Yes, I would use this provider again.

They came out and did a great job. I can't remember all the details but I know that that were great. I would use them again. I wasn't there when they came.

Contacted Wheeler Electric and I did not receive a response back right away. About a week later, Joe Wheeler contacts me late one evening to tell me he had been out of town. This tells me this is not a big company and may not be able to provide the needed service, but I give him the benefit of the doubt. We arrange for him to come out and do a survey of the work to provide an estimate. On the day of the survey, he calls 5 minutes after he should have already been there, to tell me he will be an additional 20 minutes late. He finally shows up and we discuss the work and we can tell he has never done a pool bonding before, which he admits to. Note: this contradicts a customer "review" from June or July stating "Joe" had done a wonderful job on their electrical and pool bonding with some other technician. He says he will email me an estimate for the pool electrical and bonding in 2 to 3 days. That's the last we ever heard from Joe Wheeler. He never provided an estimate or called or anything.

Job was pretty straightforward, but work was done well.

Excellent. I am very happy with the work. They were on time, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend! I did not rate the price because this was the only quote I got but it seems reasonable to me.

I still use the chain to adjust the fan speed. They had had it hardwired before and you had to go and use the chains for everything. The wall switch, all it did was, turn the outlet on and off. I had them reverse that, I had them hardwire the outlet and then I put in double type of switches for the light on the ceiling fan and then the fan itself so you can start them on and off, from the door. It took them a little longer than I thought, it cost me a little bit more than what I had paid previously for it. There were two guys doing it. I have had a ceiling fan installed before by someone else. So I knew about what it should take, time-wise and stuff. So I kind of complained a little bit to the owner because he wasn't the one who came out. If I remember right, he gave me a discount. It was way more than I thought it was going to be. So he refunded $100 back. Two guys doing that, should not have taken the amount of hours that they took. They came out really quickly. They cleaned up after themselves.

Joe Wheeler arrived on-time and professionally replaced the outlet and plug to the electric Oven/Range.

After him being here for 25 minutes and being on the phone the whole time talking to his boss to get prices (why did they not send someone who could give estimates), he told me it would be $1000 & that was without the disposal hookup- I told him no way - I said well I have you for and hour so just hook up the disposal - he told me it was not up to code and it would take approximately 4-5 hours. We called someone else and they did everything for $200 and did not make any holes in the walls. The guy from Wheeler said he would have to make 2 holes. He just showed up - did not call to schedule. I expect to get my money back!!

Joe Wheeler assessed the cause in a timely manner, rescheduling a time to return and do the actual work. He scheduled an early morning appointment several days later. When he returned the work was successfully completed. It took several hours. I appreciated the way he explained things as he worked, cleaned up after the work, and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

The cost was kind of high. We later found that they drilled into our linen closet. I don't know if they realized but we had to go in and patch that area that they messed up.

Joe came to look at the job and provided a written estimate in a couple of days. The estimate was detailed. The scope of the job was to install an electrical line from the box through the exterior wall to the pool area which was approximately 40 feet from the house. Joe and his employee Steve dug the ditches; ran the conduit and wires to the filter. Joe also ran a line for an auxiliary outlet next to the pool, as well as, installed an electric timer for the filter. The scope of the work also included the bonding of the 16 x 32 pool, the application for the country permit and arranging for the inspection. The inspection went extremely well and the filling of the ditches was completed shortly thereafter. Throughout the few days that Joe and Steve were here, they were always professional and communicated constantly on their progress. I would not hesitate to call Wheeler Electric again.

Good discussion about options both current and future which was important to discuss - not enough contractors think about future implications. This was great to help me think about next steps if future changes are needed.

The only issue was that the circuit breaker that needed replaced, required a certain one that he didn't have on him at all which I assumed he should have. I had to get it fixed by another provider but only from him not having the right parts so overall it went ok.

Called two days early and came right out in 20 minutes. Steve was really helpful and performed his work in a professional way.

Provider showed up on time, performed all work requested, communicated well, and cleaned up after themselves. They scheduled the inspection as well, and everything passed with no issues. We have used them in the past for minor electrical (adding new outlets, etc) and as usual were very pleased with the work performed.

The light fixture was fixed quickly and at a very fair price. The service man was very pleasant. He did a very good job of cleaning up the work site. I was very pleased.

I purchased a deal on Angies List on March 31, 2016. I got a notification to provide three dates and times for the work to be performed. An hour later I got notified which of the times the appointment would be. The technician arrived on time and completed the job in under an hour. He left the area as clean as it was when he arrived. He checked with us before turning off the electric to make sure we did not have any computers on. They did a good job and were very professional. I definitely would use them again.
