Description of Work: Installed a new ceiling fan in a bedroom. The electrician was prompt, fast and efficient. He did an excellent job with the installation and clean-up.

Description of Work: Kitchen light worked sometimes and sometimes not. He checked out both switches and replaced the defective one. Now I have light every time I turn it on, which is nice.

Description of Work: I was very impressed by everyone with whom I spoke at Wheeler Electric. Not only was Carol very helpful with my initial call, but she was most concerned with my follow-up calls. The technician called in the morning before coming out to make sure that he had the necessary materials with him. He then arrived on time and took care of the needed repairs. I will most certainly use Wheeler Electric for any electrical issues that I may have in the future. wkt

Description of Work: I have used this provider before and was over the moon with their work and professionalism. This time things did not go so well. No work, besides fixing my outlet cover that he broke with his hammer, was done. The technician had a bad morning when his truck broke down. He was running late and missing tools. He couldn't change out my exhaust fan. I basically paid for him to come out and tell me that what I needed couldn't be done without a payment of $800. Basically, I paid for an "estimate."

Description of Work: I bought the "$69 for one hour of electrician service" deal. He installed a light above the door of my barn, plus the switch and wiring, and had a look at a post light that was intermittent. Very happy with the service.

Description of Work: I purchased an hour of electrical services from Wheeler Electric through an Angie's List Deal. My back outside porch light had been out for several months and I suspected it was the fault of a very old fixture, so I purchased a new one and Joe Wheeler installed it. The old hard-wiring was cracked and not making contact so he fixed all that and the new light works great. While he was there he had time to check two outside electic outlet receptacles, one of which didn't work. He found that the wiring in both was rotten and one was a danger of giving a shock. Joe was able to schedule a return visit that week on my day off to fix and replace both receptacles with GFIs and nice covers for $210. I'm quite pleased with his work and response and will definitely use Wheeler again.

Description of Work: I took advantage of a deal they offered. We had them install 2 automatic light switches. It took him no time at all and he even programmed the one switch that needed it. It would of been nice to get a "on my way" call but did not find this little thing warrants lowering my rating as he did arrive during the 2 hour window quoted.
