Description of Work: The problem was never resolved and i still have the electric problem part of which he used used parts to make the repair and used two of the three transformers instead of all three to distribute the electrical load. I did not get an estimate nor a completely itemized bill. Will not recommend or use again.

Description of Work: Installed an outdoor light fixture. Technician wad on time and worked quickly and solved our problem. We had to set up an appointment 2 weeks after I contacted them which is much longer than I had hoped for, but we are pleased with the work that was done and they were responsive whenever I contacted them.

Description of Work: They came and checked out a couple outlets, fixed one which took 5 minutes. I needed a wire ran and they spent most of the time trying to figure out if it was needed. When my allotted time was up (with still only one outlet fixed) they said it would cost $175 in labor to run it and that doesn't include repairing the drywall damage. I chose not to do it. I called my contractor who ran the wire in 20 mins, charged me $15, and did not cause any drywall damage. This is my first and only Angie's list experience. The two guys that came out said there was only supposed to be one and one was just along for the ride. So he wasn't actually working.

Description of Work: The added to kitchen grounded circuits to the fuse box. They had to take them under the house to get to the kitchen.

Description of Work: They came out to determine if our lack of hot water was an electrical problem. Electrician spent ten minutes in house and determined it was because we did not reset the breaker. We paid service fee for call and they left. Still no hot water. We called a plumber and were told it was an electrical problem so we had Wheeler Electric come back out. They got here and told us that it was a plumbing problem but that our breaker box did not meet code. We then asked for a quote for a new box which and they left after we paid another service call fee. We never recieved the quote. The whole time we dealt with company, it seemed like they were inconvenienced by us me our needs. Any company that deals with customers knows customer service is key. I will not use this company again because they did not follow through with quote nor did they treat us like our problem mattered.

Description of Work: Owner seems honest but can be grumpy and short with me the customer. Employees are super helpful and amazing to work with. They are the reason I will use them again.
