Everything from start to finish went very well. Joe Wheeler came out and gave me an estimate on the installation of the lights at a very fair price. We made an appointment for the installation and he and his employee were at my house by 8:15 on the scheduled appointment day. I was very, very pleased with the results. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

It was a big deal. It was a small job and they honored the big deal price. The work that they did was fine but when i have someone working in the house, i do not like it when they try to build more business from me. I would not use them again.

His assistant arrived on time and helped to identify other electrical light switch connections that needed to be corrected in my home and completed those tasks. Mr. Wheeler arrived and followed up on this work and identified the wiring in the electrical panel that was not connected correctly. It took less than an hour for both men to complete the work. Both men were very professional and polite. Going forward, I would highly recommend Wheeler electric.

They were on time, not only they do an excellent job to the task I asked them to do but they noticed some safety issues inside my breaker box that they corrected for free. The last thing is there was one safety issue that they didn't have the piece to fix and they're going to come next week to do that but again, that was over and above about the task I asked them to do again. They did it beautifully. I like their attention to detail. They go above and beyond what you asked them to do and make sure any safety issue should be addressed. I just seemed that they're trustworthy, they give great value to a dollar expense and without any doubt call they back for any further electrical work that I would need.

All the work was done very well. An initial appointment to see the scope of the work and make an estimate was made the day after contact. The work appointment was made shortly thereafter. All the work was done well and at a very reasonable cost.

Mr. Wheeler for very efficient. He responded with an email asking when i wanted an appointment. He then arrived at the time we had agreed on. He checked my electric box and water heater with some suggestions on water heater grounded. He then installed a Thermostat that i had purchased and put up two smoke alarms. He also gave me an estimate on a bathroom exhaust fan that i may do sometime in the future.

Both were on time and very professional. I thought the cost was very reasonable for the work that both Steve and Joe did for my residence in Beavercreek. I would ask them to come back again. Thank you Angie!!!

The gentleman from Wheeler came on time and completed his work in a very professional manner. He was friendly and willing to answer any questions asked by my wife or myself before and after he completed his tasks. This was a very nice experience.

Very good to work with and offered options instead of quoting only the most expensive repair to run all new underground wiring. Completely satisfied with all aspects of the experience. I will definitely use Wheeler for additional electrical work this summer.

We'd purchased a new ceiling exhaust fan and needed it installed. Steve showed up on time, assessed the job, and got right to work. Since he had to cut another hole in the ceiling to accommodate the new fan, he attached boards to make drywall replacement easier for us to complete. He went above and beyond, and for us, that was a real bonus. After he finished wiring and sealing the new unit, he discovered that our wall switch was shorting out and had to go to Lowe's for a new one. Right after he left, I realized we had bought the wrong fan as the one he'd just installed didn't have a heater. I called Joe and asked him to contact Steve to buy the right unit while he was at Lowe's, and told him I would gladly pay the extra labor to assure we got the one that we wanted. Joe was understanding and very helpful, although he was worried Steve wouldn't make it to his next job on time. But with these guys it's all about customer satisfaction, and they wanted us to be happy. They didn't need to worry about that, Joe and Steve are willing to bend over backward to provide great service to their customers! Joe warned me that the cost would be a lot more since more labor was involved. I felt really bad and kept apologizing, admitting it was entirely my fault, while Steve was very gracious and said no worries. He did a complete, thorough and very professional job installing the second fan, and kept a positive attitude throughout. I had prepaid the first hour with an Angie's List coupon. It took three more hours for Steve to remove the new fan he'd just installed, put in the right one, spackle the ceiling, and clean up all the old insulation and drywall which literally covered the entire bathroom. He did such a great cleanup job that I think it was even cleaner after he left than when he started. The entire cost of the job, including the new fan, was only $456. Proof positive that Wheeler Electric goes all out to please their customers and that their costs are very reasonable, even for us finicky folks who make dumb mistakes! I really appreciated their patience with me, and they are definitely getting all my business in the future. I recommend them to anyone who needs electrical work done, they are hands down above the rest.

We were scheduled for an appt/visit between 8-10AM on a Friday. At 10:45, I began calling the office to inquire on where they were. After leaving a message, I received a call back 15 minutes later. We had apparently been rescheduled to the afternoon (much less convenient) and not been informed (3 hours of time off work wasted). He did not apologize, just wanted to reschedule later. Upon arriving in the afternoon, he diagnosed the problem in about 15 minutes and left. He was a bit unprofessional as he noted other things were going on and couldn't understand why we wouldn't have just changed days (not his concern, in our opinion). He said he would need to search for a part and would call again by Monday; if he could not find it, he recommended replacing the fan all together. On Monday, he called and had found the part. Tuesday, a different employee arrived in the specified window of time and fixed it in 30 minutes. To date, the fan is functioning fine (2 weeks).

He showed up within 10 mins. of appoint after calling ahead, immediately got to work tracing the problem, had it repaired and cleaned up within an hour. He didn't try to offer add-on work or charges, but found the one problem in the circuit like we requested. Excellent integrity.

They were professional and punctual- the work performed was excellent, especially given the difficulty of routing one of the new lines.

I was very pleased with Wheeler Electric's service-this was an AngiesDeal. They responded to my phone call message within 15 min. and had an electrician at my home within 30 min. after the call. He was very thorough in detecting the problem; after correcting the problem he rechecked the system several different ways to be sure I would not have further problems, then followed up with a phone call later that evening. I will be sure to recommend this company to family and friends.

I called and asked the company before I purchased the deal if it would be all right to wait some time before having the work completed. He said that was no problem and just to call him whenever I am ready to schedule the appointment. I was very satisfied with his professionalism.
