Steve was punctual and professional and completed the job properly and cleanly. Very happy with the work and will use them again!

They were prompt and professional. The worker explained everything, another man came and expected the work and afterwards, he cleaned up. He even helped with a bulb that just happened to explode just before he got there. I will definitely use their services again.

Very well; since the repair I called about turned out to be a tripped GFI circuit, the tech offered to look at other issues I had since I had time on the hour left. So, several minor issues were resolved.

Everything went pretty well.

The electrician arrived on time. I showed him the spot where a previous outlet had been removed. The electrician tested the wires, tested the circuit, installed a new GFCI outlet, tested the outlet, and covered it with a weatherproof enclosure. The work was very professional and I am very pleased. I recommend this company -- they did a great job for me.

It was great. He was very knowledgeable. The work was done very clean. His ideas were great. He showed me how to work the lights. Scheudling was good.

The electrical work was done well with no problems. Even modified an install at my request. I gave them an F for responsiveness because I never received the estimate on the new circuit breaker panel .

The technician was prompt and after a few questions was able to determine that the repair would involve more time and expense, so we left the lamp post as is until I decide whether or not to move forward with additional work.

He was here for 15 minutes and he was gone. It was my first time using this provider. He did fine. There were no additional charges. He was looking for additional stuff to do. He had another hour or half an hour left to go which came with the deal. He didn't use it all. I could have had more things done if I knew. I didn't have things to do. They were good. The guy was responsive and punctual. He did a good job. The price was right. He came the next day after I purchased the big deal. It was quick.

Sent a request for service and was called the next day to see what I needed done. Appointment was scheduled for the following Tues. at 10:00. Electrician was here at 9:59. Very prompt. He was a very nice guy and quite efficient. Went to work immediately on my projects and they were completed in 55 minutes. I was very pleased with the whole process with this company and would certainly call them again. As a matter of fact, I have been looking for an electrician to be able to call if I have any other projects or problems.....think I just found just the right company.

Joe was very responsive with setting up the time for installation and communicating with me. The installer was professional and cleaned up afterward. He had to go to the store to get the right supplies, but did not seem bothered by it. I had asked for an upgrade to the switch and Joe let the installer know and made it right.

There was not enough voltage to the ceiling wire. It was live, so little light meter lit. But when installed fan did not work. Electrician after discussion with me decided it was because it was on a 3 way swirtch. He redid and dummies one of the switches and then was able to make other switch work. Process took 3 hours.

Great! There was a ton of damage from a storm that went thru (June 2014). We had to wait many days for power to be restored to the grid and for a telephone pole to be replaced in my backyard. The electrician needed to re-attach all the wiring (the big cable that leads into the meter) to the house and make it safe again. All went well with his work. Power came on. His advise and cautions were also helpful to all the neighborhood during the emergency and the many days following the storm. I will definitely be calling Joe next time for electric help.

We recently had a major electrical issue in our home, and needed some urgent repairs done. We set up an appointment for 4-5pm on a Friday with a 30 minute call ahead. My husband gave them his cell phone and my cell phone to be reached. They called my husband at 4:46pm for the 30 minute call ahead, but he could not answer the call....the exact reason he gave them my cell phone as a back up. Instead they call his cell phone back at 4:48pm and cancel the appointment. I got home at 4:55pm and would have been there well within the 30 minute notice. I get everyone wants to start their weekend early, but don't do it at the expense of potential customers in need. Now we are still without power in a portion of our home thanks to this unprofessionalism. **My husband followed up with them this week and they actually questioned my husband's honesty, and stated that one of their worker's would never do that. Too bad we have the cell phone time stamps to prove it.

The electrician arrived on time. He did all of the desired work to my satisfaction and cleaned up after himself! The fee he charged for the work was very reasonable. He was very courteous professional and very likable. I would definitely call him again if I needed additional electrical work in the future and I would recommend him to others.

Electrician arrived on time and was very polite. I explained that we needed a timer installed. He was able to install the timer virtually within 20 minutes. I then had a list of a few electrical lighting improvements we wanted to make in our home. He wrote all of them down and will email the estimates to me soon.

I wanted outlets checked due to problems with power.....found out thru testing that some fixtures were still functioning but some were not...we changed or plan due to this discovering....upgraded five outlets, fixed ceiling fan fixture,so that light worked as well as fan....discovered which units were tied together....such as two way and three way.....loved the flexibility as we adjusted to what we discovered......

Steve fixed everything in a very professional manner with great efficiency. Steve's very personable, hears what you're saying, and produces quick results. I'll hire him again!

We met with Joe Wheeler prior to the work for an estimate. He listened closely to what we wanted and gave us the estimate that day before leaving. His electricians did a very good job and cleaned up before they left each day (parts of two days). We are very pleased with the work and would hire him again. Mr. Wheeler was very professional and knowledgeable.

Wheeler electric was great and worth the deal. I purchased the 4 can lights and dimmer deal and they came out a couple day later and installed as promised in the deal. Definitely well worth the price. Great customer service and great communication. They even did a little extra work for me while they were here for an additional small price. Will use again.

Joe came by for the estimate the day after I first called and on the very next day Jason came by to install the four light fixtures. Great price (better than Home Depot quote) and great service.

They providers were professional, polite, got the job done correctly and thoroughly. They listened to my needs and wishes and asked the necessary questions to make sure the job got done the way I needed it. They were competent and pleasant.

I ask for a refund due to cost of putting in an electrical box was out of my price range. The $75 was for installation of ceiling fan, "IF" there was already an overhead light or fan in place. I didn't have this, and did not want to pay an extra $150, to have this installed on top of the $75 for the fan installation, I had to provide the fan. I got a refund

The young man who came out was very pleasant and professional, however, the job I paid for was not completed per instruction from his supervisor. Contracted to change ceiling fan out, however, after taking the current ceiling fan down it was found a medallion would be needed. They did not have that part on their truck, nor were they willing to allow me run to the store at the end of my street and purchase one myself without charging me an additional $75 to wait or come back to finish the job. Since I'm not an electrician or handyman, there was no way for me to know an additional part 'may' be needed. I was left with a hole in my ceiling, no fan, no light and rather than paying them another $75 for the same job I had already paid for, I opted to get help from another service provider. Personally speaking, as a recent widow, I was taken aback at this lack of service and have never experienced anything like it in the 28 years I've owned my home. Very disappointing.
