WHEELER ELECTRIC

Never received a quote for the outside light pole repair. Left the light switch by my front door in a not working order. The light on the inside of entryway was working before he came and it does not work now. I will have to hire someone else to come and fix it. The main reason for the visit was to fix my outside light pole. The $65.00 I paid for 1 hour of work and all I had to show for it was he used the new light switch I had already bought and replaced the one in my bathroom.

Electrician was on time, and rerouted our electrical for us so we could finish our renovation project. He even tested outlets for us to ensure they were grounded properly.

The electrician was on time, courteous, and was able to complete all my requests in a timely manner. I absolutely would use them again.

It went really well. It took another hour and I also purchased a new box for one of the dimmer switches where I replaced two switches for one (dry wall work will need to be done to close off space of the second switch). Steve, as always, was proficient and cleaned up after the job. I will use their services again.

Trustworthy, friendly, and punctual! I had never dealt with Wheeler Electric before, but I must say I'm VERY happy with the work that was done and he will be my 'go-to' when electrical problems arise in the future. Joe was extremely helpful with diagnosing the issue with my electrical panel overheating, and the repairs were mader at a reasonable price. Would recommend him to all my friends and family!

Steve of Wheeler Electric did an excellent job in performing the work. Steve called in advanced to make sure he had the necessary materials to do the job. He was professional and took his time in listening to what we needed. Steve cleaned up after the job was done. I would not hesitate to call Wheeler again.

Easy scheduling, used coupon on Angie's List to pay for service call/labor. Steve (electrician) was at the work site two hours after scheduling, performed the work efficiently and professionally. He was neat, friendly, and knowledgeable.

They came (on time) ,looked at my attic fan and gave me an estimate. I was told I would get a call back with attic fan prices. That call never came. I called back a week later to have someone come back out to install a fan. Someone came (on time) to tell me that I would get a call with attic fan prices to choose from.. Again, no one called. I'm still available if you want to come back and install!

The electrician arrived within the agreed upon time frame, assessed the situation and started working. He asked enough questions to make sure he was completing the job as I according to what I wanted. I was very pleased with the quality & efficiency of the work.

Started being 45 minutes late to the appt. Did call 30 minutes late to tell us it would arrive in 15 minutes. Arrived to the appt to tell us they could only wire and we would have to get a carpenter involved to hide the wire. I explained to them over the phone that we didn't have a drop ceiling and we were having professional do it because we wanted it to look nice and have the wires hidden. I wish they had told us over the phone that they couldn't do half of what we needed them to do and we could have avoided the entire appointment. Consequently we were late to an engagement after our meeting with Wheeler because of their tardiness.

We had used their services last year but had lost the record. I selected them from Angie's list and am glad that they turned out to be the same company. The job was to install the bedroom ceiling light. I got the call back a day after leaving the message and everything after that has gone very well. The two installers showed up within the given time window, they were very professional and polite. They finished the work in about one hour. Wheeler's first hour and minimum rate is $125 and subsequent hours are $90 (I think). My suggestion is that if you can, combine multiple tasks to lower the overall cost. We are very happy with the job done.

Electrician arrived promptly, conduced himself professionally, in addition to being cordial and friendly. He was knowledgeable about his work, and shared information we would need to live with our new installation. He cleaned his work area. He also corrected me at payment time, when I would have written a larger-than-required check. Would definitely use this company again.

On time, price as agreed up front, professional and knowledgeable.

It went very well. The only negative was that they didn't have tarps to cover the area, but we covered it ourselves. They cleaned up all the insulation everything looked as good when they left as when they arrived. They were very knowledgeable people in fact I inquired about adding a dimmer switch and they explained to me why its not possible for my situation.

He handled the job in a very professional way. We will certainly use his services again if we need an electrician.

I had used their $59 offer for an inspection of the work that needed to be done. Joe Wheeler arrived at the appointed time, and looked over everything we needed to have done. He gave me an estimate, which we accepted. Steve and Jason arrived right on time on the agreed date, and began the work immediately. There was quite an extensive re-wiring of the kitchen, putting in grounded outlets, and separating the wiring of several appliances which had been causing blown circuit breakers. They did excellent work, and Joe Wheeler came by at one point to supervise the work. Because it took 6 hours (and not a minute wasted) to get all that work done, we felt that the $1200 price was not unreasonable. They cleared away all the debris, and when they left, you wouldn't have known anyone had been there - except now all my appliances worked! The next day, we discovered a minor glitch with one of our outlets. When I called, Jason immediately came back out and fixed the problem in minutes. We were VERY satisfied with the job they did, will definitely use them in the future, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

The gentleman was honest and professional. I appreciated his professionalism and explanations! I would use this company again.

He said he would get back to me in three days and he never called me. I had to call him and he did not show up Thursday, Friday or Monday. When he started to do the work is it cost me another $168 up on what I paid. I was not happy about that. I thought the price was high.

There were some issues with the fan's operation which the installer resolved to my complete satisfaction. Both he and the company owner were very professional and dedicated to doing a good job. I was very happy with Wheeler Electric and would call upon them again.

All the issues we had were looked at and dealt with but I was told I'd get a call about the cost of one further item and never received the call.....I wont be using them again due to that.

Wheeler did an excellent job fixing this problem. I originally had given them a C because the ceiling fan had been damaged. But sometimes a company is defined by how they tackle a problem. And they handled this one like champs. And solid, professional communication. I wish I could have given them an A+. And I would use them for bigger jobs.
