Wall switch is slightly off center. Prices very reasonable. On time.

This company has very poor communications skill. A few minute progress call would be helpful. My fan was taken down for repair by another company. I had to call a week later to find out what progress had made. I would of appreciated them calling me instead of me having to call them.

He did a good job troubleshooting my electrical problem. I had looked for the cause and couldn't find it, but he knew what to look for and found small cracks in some wire insulation causing a short.

Took too long to complete. More costly than anticipated.

Mr. Wheeler worked with me and went out of his way to meet with me and provide an estimate. Prior to the work starting I added work items and Joe was able to complete everything in the time frame estimated. The addition and replacement of the light fixtures and ceiling fans in our house has made it more of a home and now reflects our personal decorating style. All within a reasonable budget (even with the additions). I would recommend Joe Wheeler to my friends.

Service was excellent. The technician walked through each request with me, made appropriate updates to wiring and fixtures and made good recommendations when issues couldn't be readily resolved.

Mr Wheeler was able to discover a light switch that had been covered over with drywall by the prior owners of our home who forgot to mention it. The switch controls an entire bank of outlets that up until now were inoperable, thanks to the buried switch overheating and shutting down. He diligently hunted down the problem, found and fixed it, and charged us a very reasonable price for all the trouble. I would not hesitate to call on him again should we need any further electric repairs!
