They were here before I could hang up the phone. The service was excellent. They made sure it is working properly and they gave me a reasonable price..

They were finished in 20 mins. This is a very dangerous task one that I have done in the past but at this price it was such a value and it eliminated risk for me I will always use these folks in the future for this repair.

Technician explained the damage and recommended replacing the garage door and opener. Technician took all the measurements and told me the office would send me a quote. Never heard from them again.

After my initial posting, the contractor and his supervisor made every effort to make things right. they were courteous and professional. They had documentations that they had sent information, but I checked my computer and there was no sign of any correspondence. Unfortunately there had been some glitch in technical (Cyber space) difficulties. We confirmed my email address and they resent the material and it still did not come through, mind boggling. They also claimed that they never received their sample board that I dropped off, so if anyone knows or has seen it floating around out there, please return it to them ;)Unfortunately for them, I had already made my decision to go with another contractor. I thanked them for their time and understanding and promised to write this amendment to their review. I apologize for the delay in this post, too many distractions, that's life...

On Monday, May 26, 2014, evening I checked my email and found that there was no estimate from him or Wayne Overhead Door Sales. On Tuesday I called the office number on the business card Sean Long gave me and inquired regarding the promised quote. The receptionist informed me that if I had not received a quote by Friday, May 30,2014. I was to contact her. I find this to be utterly ridiculous, unprofessional and plain rude. To date,June 1, 2014 I have not been contacted by the receptionist or Sean Long or any staff, representative of Wayne Overhead Door Sales. As a customer I will not chase after a provide that I have to pay to acquire a quote. The receptionist should have had Sean Long contact me to explain the issue regarding the late quote that he promised on his timeline. I never requested the timeline, he offered the date and form of contact to me the customer. When a service provider does not honor the initial meet and greet of the customer relationship how can anyone trust they will do the job you hire them to do to a high standard as expected. Sean Long spoke of how Wayne Overhead Door Sales and Home Improvements does it all, garage doors, gutters and most home improvements. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a diverse offering of services with one company and thought of all the work they could possibly do for me.

My garage door opener had malfunctioned and come down on the top of my car. Thankfully, the incident didn't make any scratches or damage to my car. Wayne Garage Door repaired the opener as well as putting my garage door back on the track. The repairman was very courteous, knowledgeable, and did the work in a short time. The sensors that would have stopped the garage door were placed too low. He explained that with the newer cars, they need to be placed higher and he relocated them higher for me. They were very reasonable and I was very pleased with the outcome.

The person that came out to inspect the damaged garage door arrived a little early, but it wasn't a problem. Unfortunately, the door wasn't repairable. He explained the types of doors available, and was very honest about what I needed. Since my garage is detached and I don't work in it, he told me it was fine to replace the door with an uninsulated one, and didn't try up-sell, which I appreciated. He gave me a very fair price (I checked other sources to make sure). The two servicemen who showed up to install the door called to let me know when they'd be there, and came on time. They finished in about 2 hours on one of the coldest days this year, and did a great job. I do have to call them about a door opener issue, but I have no doubt that will be taken care of. I would definitely use this company again.

These folks were on time. They replaced the springs in about 20 mins. Their price was far less than the name brand garage door companies in Dayton. Wayne Overhead Door Sales provide excellent service and value.

Very perfect. Everyone was very friendly, with no pressure. The door is beautiful and works perfect. Better than I had dreamed. Will use them for more services.

The two men that came out to do the job were professional, friendly, courteous and did an excellent job. They even blew my leaves to the curb! I would highly recommend them for gutter helmet. They also repaired a couple of shingle on my roof that were loose which I think is going the extra mile. Excellent

We had an excellent experience with Wayne Overhead Door Sales of Dayton. They came out right away. We had a crisis with the garage door and it was excellent service. Great turn around. They did a great job. We were very pleased. We would use them again.

The technician showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. He addressed all my questions and concerns. The issue was corrected the first time. This is how I was initially introduced to the company. Ever since then I started giving them all my garage door and home improvement work.

I was very impressed by the promptness and professionalism of the staff. My job was completed on time and went exactly as the proposal had stated. I was expecting the usual headaches that come with home improvements but was pleasantly surprised. They walked me through every step of the process, even explaining why certain brands of shingles would be better. I would use Wayne Overhead Door Sales and Home Improvements again in a heartbeat.

I liked absolutely everything about them. We had six different estimates. From the very beginning the salesman was relaxed, no game-playing, and no pressure. He just showed his product and answered every question straightforward. He worked with us on price. He was wonderful. His worker's came in and did the job. They were efficient and friendly. They clearly had a plan and knew what they were doing. They were neat and did a spotless job. The salesman showed up in the afternoon to make sure everything was going as planned. The job turned out to be exactly as they had said. I could not find out one fault with them. They were not the cheapest, but I think we got our money's worth. I would use Wayne Overhead Door Sales of Dayton Inc. again.

The salesman arrived at the appointment time and had sample material to help match the existing gutters. He was unable to provide a formal quote at that time, but he returned two days later with a written estimate that matched what we discussed. They were able to schedule the word for later that same week. The work required a bit of creativity to reassemble the soffit and fascia that the old gutter had pulled out and away from the house. The installers did an excellent job repairing the roof edge, and the finished gutter seems to be superior to what is still on the rest of the house. The work area was perfectly clean before they left.

He came during the daytime to give an estimate. (He was 20 minutes late) When we started talking about more than just the roof repair, (siding and gutters) I suggested that he come back to speak with both my husband and myself. He agreed - I was sorry to waste his time for the first appointment, but it involved alot more than just measuring the roof (like the previous guy did.) The second time he came he was 30 minutes late. He asked to see our insurance co. estimate which we emailed to him. He said that both the insurance co. and the previous roofer had measured the roof incorrectly and that it was going to cost more but he'd be happy to intervene with our insurance co. He said that it would take about a month to start. Since he was a month ahead of the other contractors, my husband said to go ahead and contact our insurance company to get the ball rolling. The contractor said that he'd do that and get back to us within a week. When 2 weeks went by we called our insurance company (thinking that the delay was on their end) they said that he hadn't contacted them yet. We said, thanks - but no thanks.
