RE/MAX Victory - Mark Ryan Group

Extremely bad experience. Mark Ryan Group was representing the seller and us, from what I can tell they have zero integrity as the house was obviously not worth what the sellers were asking. We paid full price for what we have learned is a true fixer upper with significant living and safety issues. We were a military couple moving back from England and specifically asked our realtor to look for obvious signs of disrepair. We know we should not have relied solely on realtor but our home inspector also failed us. Bottom line Mark Ryan is probably the same as any realtor company but due to our poor decisions and their lack of caring we are basically bankrupted and will be further ruined for life if I have to move again through the military. Other than them continuing to ask me to fill out this survey, they have been silent or just plain unhelpful and didnt even pick up their sign and lockbox on our door (been a month) either because they dont care or dont want me to show them how bad our living situation is...unable to move in our furniture, etc. Its bad enough to be away from family and comforts of home for years on end, but to move back and be excited to move into our dream house only for it to be a nightmare we will never wake from....its the worst possible end to my military service. Thanks for doing the bare minimum Mark Ryan, I hope both your realtors enjoy their commission while we sleep on the floor because we are afraid to put extra weight on our floors. On the positive side, we like the school district we got into, just hope my house stays standing long enough for them to graduate high school.

Laura & Mark Ryan are such a pleasure to work with! Mark did great job marketing the house aggressively, and once we had an offer, Laura was extremely helpful in navigating the negotiation process and also getting some minor repairs made quickly and affordably.
