Very smoothly. All appointments were on time. I got helpful reminder emails. Price was better than expected. Professional interactions

We ordered the windows (most were sliders, some were casements, plus 3 large awning-style windows for the kitchen) with the best available low-E glass coatings, etc.. Pella scheduled the installation dates (correctly projected to take 5 days total for a two-man installation crew). All the windows arrived when they were supposed to and all were correct and properly sized as ordered. The installations went without a hitch, even with our massive 10 and 12 foot picture windows. The crew was prompt, courteous, hard-working and neat and they happily answered any questions we had throughout the week of installation. We are very pleased with how this large undertaking went. The windows look great, they all operate with ease, and they seal out so much noise compared to our old windows that it almost seems like a different house. Our cooling bills were reasonable even though this was the hottest summer in many, many years. Our HVAC system had no difficulty keeping this large house nice and cool without running continuously. We are looking forward to a much more comfortable winter this year, thanks to these very nice windows. Overall, we were very pleased and so far have no regrets.

Their products are very expensive, but they are really good. They were extremely professionals. They ended not being much of charge for installation.

Pella windows aren't the least expensive window on the market but they are good quality windows. The salesman came out, gave an estimate, I scheduled the work, all without a hitch. I even had to call the salesman at one point and ask him to change the order once I found out that the condo association would not allow me to install the windows I originally intended. They still didn't miss a beat. The salesman was professional and low pressure. The installers did a great job. I will call them again if I need any windows.

It took 6 weeks to get the windows in after ordering and about two weeks after that to get on the schedule. The guys showed up on time and did a great job. On of the grids for the dinning room window was missing, but that was it. The cleaned up great and got everything installed on the first day. The second day was for trim work. They were pleasant and the halled off all the old windows, includeing two bay windows that were removed.

I love their product but I don’t like them. I’ve had them come out three times. The first time was great so I asked for the same crew the next time, but it wasn’t. The second guy that came out left my garage window open so there was a lot of water in the garage after it rained. After that, the salesman came out and we had an extended discussion about putting in a new door and eventually I decided that I wanted my deposit back and we should split ways. I had to call three different times because the salesman never called me back. I don’t plan on using them again. The product is great and the first time they were wonderful, but it got worse after that.

They did a fantastic job. We couldn't have asked for any better. They answered all our questions and we haven't had any problems. I would use them again if I could afford them.We had originally made contact with them through the home show.

We chose Pella due to the insulation factor of their products. They are a little pricey but you get what you pay for with them. The men were very professional and knew their stuff. Their installers were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They had no problem answering any of our questions. We feel we not only got a great new door but we have the peace of mind that they stand behind their work.

THEY'RE AWESOME BECAUSE THE TECHNICIANS THEY SEND OUT TO DO THE JOB ARE SO THOROUGH AND THEY CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY'RE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED THEY'RE SMOKING.

THEY DID A VERY EXCELLENT AND GOOD JOB. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. THE WINDOWS LOOK REALLY GOOD. THE COMPANY WAS RESPONSIVE AND SHOWED UP THE DAY THEY SAID THEY WOULD.

THE PRICE WAS VERY EXPENSIVE, BUT IT WAS WORTH IT BECAUSE THE QUALITY OF THE WINDOWS WAS GOOD AND THE WORKERS THAT INSTALLED THEM WERE PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL.

WHAT THEY DID WAS GREAT. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM BEFORE. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE NEW WINDOWS AND SERVICE THAT THEY GAVE ME. I WAS VERY SATISFIED.

THE CREW DID A FINE JOB, AND THE WINDOWS ARE GREAT. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL, REPSONSIVE, AND VERY EXPERIENCED IN WINDOWS. WE ARE WELL SATISFIED, AND OUR HOME LOOKS WONDERFUL.
