Outstanding Heating & Cooling

Our furnace (11 years old) stopped working in 10 degree weather. We called another company first and their technician told us it needed an expensive repair and recommended a new furnace, but they couldn't do either for several days. We called Outstanding Heating & Cooling to get a second opinion. Outstanding's staff was helpful, professional, and could do a repair that day. Frank came to the house to do a thorough check of the system. He found that the part in question did not need replacement and the furnace is in good condition overall. The problem was a clogged condensation drain. He cleared the line and got the heat back on. Outstanding is a honest and trustworthy company that saved us thousands of dollars. If we could grade them higher than an A, we would!

The serviceman called in advance of arrival to advise he was en route. He was professional and friendly. He wore protective covers on his shoes in the house. He cleaned out the furnace, cleaned the humidifier drains and hoses, cleaned and checked the flame sensor, cleaned and checked the blower motor and cap, and checked the gas pressure. While the furnace was working properly, the hot surface ignitor was "out of range." He provided a quote to replace the ignitor and the flame sensor, he explained the manufacturer recommends replacement when it is out of range, but that it was not a safety issue. He was not pushy about selling me on the replacement. I was very comfortable with the service performed, and should the ignitor fail, I will call Outstanding Heating and Cooling.

Did really great and at the time, the attic was 140 degrees and they still did a great job. I'd have them back in a minute.

Our old heater/air conditioner broke down. Since I expected replacement to be a major expense and a permeant fixture in my home, I did a major review of the manufacturer and the installer. Everything I reviewed looked excellent so, I went with a Lennox unit purchased and installed by Outstanding Heating and Cooling. The entire process was extremely positive in all respects from start to finish. The unit was installed very professionally and is working fine. They were all extremely nice folks that are obviously dedicated to doing top notch work. They certainly did a top notch job on my heating and air conditioning unit. I am very happy with the job and would recommend them without hesitation.

These guys are excellent! They said what they were going to do and for how much and then did it. Timely work with exceptional quality!

We just purchased this house the 1st of December, I woke up Monday morning and the house was in the 40's and it was expected to drop below zero that night. I have a multiply handicapped, blind son, with a neuromuscular disease and cant be cold or he goes into spasms. I called my realtor who suggested we call Outstanding. Within an hour I received a call from the technician within the next hour he was at the house. The thermostat was wired incorrectly and he couldn't totally fix the furnace without ordering parts. He was able to get the house up to 58 degrees. That evening around 5 p m he phoned back to see if we had gotten warmer and when I told him no, he brought over 3 heaters for us to use until the furnace was up and working to full capacity. It was too cold to work on the heat pump at this time. He came back Wednesday with our parts and had the furnace up and running and was able to fix the heat pump. They were very quick to response and to go above and beyond by giving us heaters to use until we had heat was wonderful and a expense I didn't want to incur for something I would just be using for a few days. These guys are great and we will continue to use them.
