Description of Work: Insalled a new kitchen. they finised in Oct, 2013. Had come back and do a final punch list. took 6 weeks to complete. noticed at the time Nov. 2013 that a cabinet face plate was damaged. was told that a new plate would be ordered and be installed by Christmas. nothing has been done. I have left messages for Bernie Knapke for the last six months. I gave Knapke an F rating overall for overall no concern for the customer!
