John did a great job on replacing grout in 2 showers. Highly recommend for any tile/grout job you are considering. He was friendly, on time, did the work as expected, and the cost was not expensive. One satisfied customer here!

Left large puddles of water all over floors. Grout was not cleaned very well. Lots of dirt still on the floor when wiped with paper towels. Felt like half a job. The floors look better than before the cleaning, but I expected better considering the price I paid.

Very professional, attentive to repairing & cleaning all tile. John reviewed another estimate and did the same work at a third of the cost. He made several suggestions and showed me how to maintain the tile in the future.

They were very polite and very professional, very punctual and work the whole time they were here rather than a 10-minute back brake. They asked me several times if I was pleased with their work and if I wasn't let them know and they would fix whatever I wasn't pleased with.. my floor looks very nice and they did a very nice job.

The owner, Mr. Elking, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I felt that our large flooring project was not only in the best of hands but we also learned a great deal from him about additional renovations we have in mind for the future.
