Denise had done her homework she showed me what homes sell for in my area and she knows how to price your home. She is a very professional person who listens and cares about you ! I will never forget Denise going to the front door and turning around and said " I know I can sell your home in 30 days" ! It was 30 days I had a signed contract ! All my inspections went very smooth and before we knew it we were at closing. I want to take a moment and say Thank You Denise Swick and her Team for making Our Dreams Come True....
