Description of Work: I had an estimate given by this company a few months ago. I called recently to set up an appt. The owner wanted to see the estimate so I emailed it to him. Appt was set for a few days later. No show on appt date, no call and no email. I finally reached him two days later to be told that he got caught up in a job and forgot to take his phone with him. Fair enough...we make another appt for 4 days later. That day is today. No show, no call and no email. The only thing I can figure is this job was underbid and now they don't want to do the work. Not a problem. I'll take my business elsewhere.

 + 1 moreArrived within the time window as stated. Ron and associate cleaned chimney and checked cap. After cleaning ran video camera to inspect the clay tile flue then did a though clean up. Very matter of fact and professional I couldn't ask for more. Liked the fact he let me watch as the camera was checking the flue. Overall I could not ask or expect more than was given.

 + -1 moreRon was recommended by my Realtor to complete a chimney inspection of a wood burning fireplace. Completed the inspection on time, did not go onto roof. Closing on house went pending impart due to non-receipt of this report. Several un-returned calls requesting the written report were made by myself and the Realtor. When the report did arrive, there was no recognition of being late. Overall experience was disappointing. I will likely have another contractor re-evaluate the work should we make this purchase to verify these results found by Ron.

 + 1 moreShowed up late. Did not ask questions to understand what I needed. Did not go on the roof. I paid the $85 because I contracted then. Voiced my displeasure and they did not even offer to discount the bill. I may have been having a bad day but they made it worst.
