A Final Touch Decks & Pools

After rescheduling a pool consultation 1-2 times (owner’s doing), we decided to proceed with an agreement for a 24’ round above ground pool. It was May and we were promised the dig would begin the 2nd week of July. A contract was written & payment was given at that time. We contacted the owner, Jason, in the beginning of July to make sure we were still on track. He confirmed that it would begin in 2-3 weeks (even though it was a week later than promised). Another follow up was made by us to Jason and we were given the date of 7/21/20 to start. The day before the 21st, we again contacted Jason to confirm and make sure we had everything lined up. We received a text back stating he was headed out of town for a funeral and we needed to call him to reschedule (what?!). A few days passed and we finally heard back from him with some ridiculous story. He told us that our pool was accidentally placed in another person’s yard. He admitted that he was afraid to tell us, so we just kept getting lied to. The story was so insane, he said that person only ordered a 21’ pool. Jason does all the digging, how do you fit a 24’ pool in a 21’ hole? We did receive a refund the next day, but now we are left without a pool! There is a shortage this year and we missed out on so many others by going with this sloppy company. Our young son is devastated, he’s been so excited about having a pool all summer long. We are also very upset and disappointed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

BEWARD!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! It all started so well. Jason came to the house and worked with us to pick out the perfect pool. Jason sent a known drug addict to install the pool. The drug addict requested payment up font and never completed the work. We ended up staining the deck ourselves........ The pool did get installed, but after after a few months the filter began to leak. Jason said he would replace the filter whereas it was under warranty. We scheduled the work to be done and he never showed up. Then he began not returning our phone calls. He repeatedly made appointments, but never showed up to complete the work. The filter is unusable and we had to close the pool early this season. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!
