John called me very soon after I submitted my request to HomeAdvisor. He assessed my problem and did not mock my failed attempts to try and fix the problem myself :). He provided a detailed plan on how he was going to fix the issue and explained how he determined the cost for his quote. I was very satisfied with his work and customer service. I would recommend D & R Exteriors to anyone needing roofing repairs.

John was super!John and his crew was here at 7:00am as he promised.Finished the job at 7:30pm same day.They cleaned,swept,picked up every piece of paper.They even used a magnet to pick up any nails.I would recommed John for any job he does.
