Description of Work: Furnace would not start. He arrived when he said he would. He put covers on his shoes to protect the carpet. He was polite and courteous. He discovered the problem was with the thermostat, not the furnace. The problem was fixed. I would definitely recommend him to my friends.

+ -1 moreCalled Air Plus for a quote when I was investigating replacing my furnace. Prior to making the decision to replace the furnace, the old furnace went out. Joe came out first thing and repaired the existing furnace at an extremely reasonable price. We decided to go ahead and replace the furnace with a duel system furnace (oil and heat pump). The new furnace came in when expected and Joe and the crew came out when promised and installed it in the time they estimated. The crew was on time, hard working and very nice to work with. Great company to do business with and I've already recommended them to friends who have also had a great experience with Air Plus.

Description of Work: Our air conditioner had stopped functioning all together; they determined a capacitor needed to be replaced. They had the part with them, so it was replaced right away.

+ -1 moreThey gave me a quote for something and then I need all that. They just fixed the little valve and it was like thousands of dollars cheaper. They were honest and upfront. They didn't charge me couple of thousands. Their quality was outstanding.
Description of Work: Air Plus Heating & Cooling replaced the valve in the summer of 2009.
