I was told they would be here between 12:00-4:00. I was not home in the morning, and returned home at 11:30am to find a message left at 10:30am saying they were ready to come here but since I wasn't home they were moving on to the next appointment. I called the office & was told they would be here around 2:30pm. They never showed up, and I never heard anything from them. I had to leave town later that afternoon, so I did not follow up with them. I understand that sometimes appointments take longer than expected, but the fact that they never called me to let me know what was happening & never bothered to try to reschedule tells me that I am not valued as a customer. I'll be finding another plumber.

They are very nice and helpful. They are family owned business and I feel comfortable when they are in my home. We use them for our house and rental.

First of all, I would like to share that I was favorably impressed by the knowledge and expertise I witnessed. The people from A Mann Plumbing know what they are doing and are both helpful in explaining what needs to be done and efficient in getting it done. I asked a lot of questions, and received a lot of information in response. Right away, I felt confident that I had made a good decision in calling them. Two men came to do the work. They used shoe covers so they didn't have to walk on my light colored carpet, and I appreciated that. While one man worked on the faucet in the bathroom (which needed a little replacement part) the other repositioned the set screw which holds the handle of the kitchen faucet in place. Next, they worked together to remove the toilet, replace both the shut-off and the wax ring, and reinstall the toilet. There was no wasted time nor motion, and yet they were able to simultaneously provide information and recommendations for two bathroom remodeling projects which I am considering. I will definitely be calling them again to get estimates for that work. My only point of dissatisfaction was that they arrived 56 minutes late, and I had had to call the office to find out what was happening. I was told that they were stuck in traffic. I had scheduled the first appointment of the day hoping to avoid that kind of waiting, so it was a disappointment that I still had to deal with some wait time. I hasten to add, however, that this will not deter me from calling them in the future. It's a good feeling to know that I have found a plumbing company which provides competent, efficient work - I will be using this company for plumbing services from now on.

I had noticed a damp stain on my dining room ceiling, directly below my master bathroom. I immediately began searching Angie's List, calling top-rated plumbing providers, but the first few were unavailable for 2-3 weeks. Already in panic mode, I found Mann Plumbing who was able to come out within 30 minutes, on a Friday around 4 pm, just to see if it needed immediate attention or could wait until non-emergency rate hours. In 20 minutes, Nick had identified that the issue, unfortunately, was within the bathroom wall/dining room ceiling area. Without removing the damaged drywall in the DR, he was obviously unable to say exactly what the issue was but he was 90% sure it could wait until the less expensive regular hours. All I needed to do was not use the master bathroom fixtures until the repair was completed. He called his office and set up the appointment for me, on the following Tuesday. I was also instructed to call his personal cell # if I noticed it was getting worse. This was an extreme relief to me, the best of all possible scenarios. I was given assurance that the work could wait until non-emergency hours, instructions to prevent further damage until the repair date, and his cell # just in case things got worse over the weekend...all for 1 emergency initial visit/consultation fee, minus a discount for a donation to their canned food drive. WOW, philanthropic too!!! And, the repair work date was not charged an additional visit fee. Hah, who says you can't have your cake and eat it too? On Tuesday, Nick arrived on time, with co-worker, Tim, in tow. Both were respectful of causing my home as little uproar as possible, thnx guys. After removing the damaged drywall from the DR ceiling and MBD wall, it turns out Nick was right about what had caused the leak, just mistaken about how it had happened. It was shown and explained, in detail to me, that my previous bath installer had erroneously connected mismatched piping and it had simply loosened, then completely failed, over the past year since installation. A separate review for that company will be completed after seeing the results of that error, myself. After several obstacles were overcome, the leak was repaired by making the proper connection. All fixtures, including sinks, air-bath tub, and separate shower were tested for complete functionality and the repaired connection was found to be leak-free. All this in 1 hour and 15 minutes...can you see me smiling? Thank you Nick and Tim...next stop, asking Angie to find me an equally skilled and professional drywall repair provider to complete the 2-part project...excellent 1st experience with Angie's List Oh, and one more thing...I can't remember her name, but thanks to the woman who took my initial call. She realized I was inexperienced with service providers and in a panic. She not only calmed me down by getting me immediate help, but she did it in an understanding, patient, and respectful manner!

I had a scheduled 2pm appointment to meet plumber to get a estimate, after 10 minutes past the scheduled time, I called the office and they said he wouldn't be there for another 25 to 30 minutes. A courteous call letting me know he was running behind could have solved this issue.

I called sometime during the winter to get an estimate which they provided over the phone after asking some questions and gave me the make and model of the unit they would install so I could check it out. When I was ready to have the work done I called back and scheduled an appointment. Two men showed up on time and completed the job at the price as originally estimated. The floor was left a little messy but it's an unfinished basement and nothing was tracked into the rest of the house. Overall very satisfied and would use again.

The work went very well, but there was a mix up in between initial call to estimate and doing the work that caused a month-long delay. It was an email address mistake that turned out to be the problem.

Did a great job and solved some problems that were somewhat unique to our situation. Highly recommend Mann and especially Nick who did the work.

Nick arrived on schedule and was very pleasant and efficient. The bathroom faucets were easy fixes but the kitchen faucet was a little trickier and he did a great job. We had been told by someone earlier that the sink would need to be removed to fix the problem but Nick was able to simply move the mounting bracket sufficiently to get things level and tight. He cleaned up any mess he made although it wasn't much. I'm very pleased with his work.

The toilets weren't flushing well so he came out and put uretic acid and got them working right again.

Went great. I noticed rusty water leaking from my old hot water tank and knew there was a problem. Was thinking the tank wasn't that old, but when I checked my files I realized it had been installed 15 years ago. Time flies, I guess! Mann Plumbing installed the old one so I called them and they came out the same day and installed a new one. The technicians were prompt, efficient, and thorough. Everyone was very nice. They gave me some instruction on how it worked and some suggested settings and left everything very clean. Would recommend.

Original estimate appointment, Robbie was running late but provided me a phone call before scheduled time to inform me and called me when en route. ..much appreciated. Quote was much better than any of the A listed Angie's List plumbers. 2 plumbers came in and got to work right away. Quick, clean, professional, and courteous. Would definitely use again as a remodel plumber but also as an emergency service plumber.

I called and they were there the next day, fixed it quickly and charged a very reasonable amount of money. The new faucet was perfect and I was able to keep moving!

The upstairs toilet had to be reset. I called around 12:00pm and he was here and finished by about 4:00pm. Prompt and professional.

its a family plumber and one of the sons came out. He did a good job and he had a gentleman with him and it looked like he was a trainee because he didn't do much. He watched, basically. The person that came was Robbie, or Rob. I was impressed because he was very quick. I had to leave before they were done so I don't know exactly how long they were here but they were about 5-10 minutes and he had two of them and he was working on the 3rd one. So I assume they were out of here shortly after I was out for here. They were very efficient and he just seemed to know exactly what to do although the one toilet fix was one he hadn't done before but he still knew how to fix it. I was very satisfied with the work they did. Everything is fine now. I would at least hope it would last a long time. I'd recommend them highly. When I called to make the appointment, they gave me that day and told me it would be in the morning, at 11 o'clock. By 11 o'clock, they hadn't come so I called and they told me there were running a little late - he had to get a part. So I told him that's fine I have an appointment at two and they got here a little after one, so that's why I had to run out.

They were punctual and informative with a competitive price. I will use them again in the future.

Nick arrived on time and asked to see what needed to be done. He started with the kitchen faucet and soap dispenser. The hot water wasn't coming out very well and he ended up replacing the feed. He installed the garbage disposer, and hooked up the dishwasher. Then he replaced the outside faucet. All went well and he cleaned up after himself.

The repair was performed quickly and on time. Robbie was courteous. The original cost was $104.03, which seemed to be a little high for a $16 part and the little bit of time he was at the house, but we did get an Angie's List discount of $10 off. We have used this company before and would use them in the future.

It was good. He quoted me a price to do something and he did it for that price. Their cleanup and professionalism are good. I've asked him to come out and do something else, and in the meantime, I've noticed that there is a leak in one of the things he installed.

Everything went well, except that they were a bit pricey.

The crew showed up at the appointed time, removed the old tank, installed the new tank and cleaned up. They were efficient, knew what they were doing and we now have hot water again.

We were very pleased with the service.We called in the morning and they came in the afternoon.This is the 3rd. or 4th time we have used there service.

They may be great plumbers......Who knows?? But what I know is that they did not keep an appointment on a day that I was off of work to meet them and then I finally heard from them a day later. Though the lady I initially spoke with on the phone was very pleasant and nice.
