They were good. They came in and called me back later with an estimate. They were able to figure out what I was asking for in terms of 3 different jobs. They were able to give me an estimate on all 3 jobs. They were able to give me a pretty good range; it was between $300 and $325. I was a fair range; not too bad. They were very responsive. They were able to provide the information I needed immediately. They took down my contact information and got back to me quickly.

Mark arrived on time and completed the work in approximately one hour and 15 minutes.

I had an emergency water leak in a bathroom. They came quickly .Repaired the problem ..looked at the other toilet and said they didn;t see a problem.I chose to go ahead an replace that connection also. While he was here he reconnected a gad heating unit that had been disconnected to recaret my sunroom.that saved me a service called this fall. Mark was very nice and knew what he was doing.

Brent came out and provided the estimate and provided a number of different options for completing the work. He gave us many suggestions to fix the issues for the lowest cost and without having to tear things up too much. We were also able to do the demo of the old tile tub/shower surround and provide our own tile for the new one, which helped cut the costs. Mark did the plumbing work and was very efficient and professional and really knew what he was doing. We actually found another leak in a second bath while doing the surround demo and he made that repair as well. The tile was done by a separate installer and looks fantastic. The only small complaint would be that the tile installer was quite slow and it took about a day longer then expected, with him staying until around 9:00 pm each night. However, the quality of his work was outstanding and I would much rather him take his time and do it right then rush the job. Overall, they did great work, were completely professional, and were less expensive then other estimates - which didn't even include the new tile surround. Other plumbers wanted to completely tear out the leaky shower drain from the basement, which would have involved moving ductwork, and replacing a lot of existing copper pipes. Mann did the fix from the shower just replacing the old seal and it stopped the leak. The other plumbers didn't even suggest this and wanted to just tear everything apart. Mann was also the only company to suggest replacing the tub/shower surround to fix the leaky faucet. Other companies wanted to cut an access hole in the wall behind the fixtures, put plywood over the hole once the faucet was fixed and "wait until they got in there" to see if there was any water getting in behind the existing tile (which there was). We definitely saved time and money by having Mann do the work and everything looks great without having a plywood panel where drywall used to be. We are extremely happy with the work and would definitely use them again.

Robbie was polite and, because he clearly knew what he was doing, worked efficiently. It took him an hour and 15 minutes, or three-quarters of an hour over the half hour included in the company's $88.00 call charge. The final cost included about $16.00 worth of materials that he supplied for the hook-ups, after a $10 Angie's List coupon discount

I called one day, they arrived the next - on time as promised. The work was done quickly. The young man was friendly. He cleaned the work area after he finished. I'd call them again without hesitation.

I was able to get an appointment for the day and time I requested. Robbie came as scheduled. He asked me questions about what I wanted and told me exactly what he could do. He had a hard time with the solder because of water in the line, but he was able to complete the job in about an hour. The new shutoff is much better than the old one, and I have no more leaking.

Plumber recommended I purchase the faucet I wanted and he would install for me. He came that afternoon and installed my faucet. He was prompt, courteous and did a good job. I was pleased with the work and the price. I spent $110 on the faucet and he charged $114 for the work. I would definitely use him again

My outside faucet handle broke and I called Mann Plumbing for an appointment. This was on a Monday and they had me set up for Tuesday morning. I was surprised when Rob called noon on Monday that he could repair the faucet today (Monday). It didn't take him long to repair the faucet. After leaving I noticed on the bill that he had undercharged me and that was resolved with a phone call.

I have used them for many years and so has my family, but recently they added a trip charge even though they are 3 blocks away.

The whole project went extremely smoothly. It only took about 6 hours in total, with two men working the entire time. I was happy with the professionalism and level of expertise they exhibited, and they cleaned up after themselves as well. I was very pleased overall!! They even offered to get the drain ring to match the brass fixtures I had and come back to install it for me. The only thing that concerned me was that after I received the estimate, it was a bit tough to get a response from them, but who knows what technology glitches may have been occurring to be the cause? Otherwise, they were great and I would hire them again for sure. In fact, I plan to have them come back to give me an estimate on more renovations in the bathroom.

The tub faucet leak had been getting gradually worse over time. I called A Mann Plumbing based on reviews on Angie's List. I called and was a little surprised when I got an answering machine; however, they called back within minutes and since it was already close to 4 pm, set up an appointment for the next morning. They gave me a time range of between 9 and 12, but the service man, Rob, called twenty minutes before 9 am to see if he could show up in 15 to 20 min. I was at the dentist at the time, but my wife was home and let him in. He was courteous, nice and professional. He completed the work quickly, even including the trip to the home improvement store. Of the $125 fee, $57 was materials, $78 for service call and they honored a $10 discount for going through Angie's List. My wife and I would certainly call A Mann Plumbing again, should the need arise. Thanks!

This company is small, but they're good and very professional. I appreciate their prompt response time and attention to providing a quality service. If you need a plumber, these are the folks to call!

They did excellent work and showed up in a short time after I called them.They didn't over charge me for coming out on the weekend. They did the job quickly and cleaned up after the job was done.

They arrived promptly, determined where the leak was and quickly, quietly and neatly removed the ruptured section and replaced it. They took time to check below ground level to make sure there wasn't any water damage and showed me where the indoor and outdoor water shut-off valves were. When I mentioned that the kitchen faucet had a slow but persistent leak Brent pointed out that this brand has a lifetime warranty and offered to contact the manufacturer to secure replacement parts. What a pleasure to do business with people who know what they're doing. I've recommended A. Mann plumbing to two of my neighbors.

We are finishing the basement ourselves, but we wanted to have some of the plumbing work done by a professional. Brent provided us with a detailed estimate, itemizing each individual item (including installation of fixtures), so that we could pick and choose based on cost. He and the men who did the work were professional and efficient and did great work for a reasonable price.
