I called and left a message on Monday (Labor day) and was promptly called back the next morning. I scheduled the service for Wednesday. I was given a scheduled time of sometime after 12:00 noon. On Wednesday I received a call telling me Rob would be there at 12:30pm. As promised Rob arrived promptly at 12:30pm. He explained the model he was replacing and the model he was installing. Everything took less than hour. I would highly reccomend this company again. Great experience and I also appreciate the canned good donation discount! Thanks again.

He arrived at the time specified, was friendly. He even helped me when he flushed the upstairs toilet and the water ran out the fan in the bathroom on the floor below. He explained what he was doing and worked more quickly than I expected. He could have left the areas a little cleaner, but that wasn't a big deal because I was so pleased with the work.

A Mann scheduled the service to fit my work schedule. The plumber was punctual & professional. The cost was higher than expected - because the shower was (unfortunately) a brand that has pricier parts. The work was done well and I am pleased; I would use them again.

We love Mann Plumbing! We used them for various jobs in our old house, and always found them to be very professional, efficient, and honest. When we moved into our new (old) house and needed some plumbing repairs, the first thing we did was call Mann! Robbie is friendly and does quality work. I also appreciated that he will not recommend a repair when all something needs is a "quick fix"; for example, for our upstairs toilet that was not flushing well, he simply increased the water level and told us it was in good shape. We value that this is a family-run business, and have never been disappointed by the work they've done for us. I added Mann Plumbing to our list of "important phone numbers," and we will definitely be calling them again for any work we need done in the future!

Excellent. A Mann plumbing is exactly what you are looking for in any vendor. The grandson came out and did the work (he is the 3rd generation in the company). He was very professional and his work was conducted quickly, cleanly and in a detailed manner. The invoice was an exact description of services rendered so there was no question about work provided. A friend happened to call us after A Mann left looking for a plumber and we immediately recommended them. Our friends were just as impressed. We will definitely use them again in the future.

I was extremely impressed with the courtesy and professionalism from start to finish. I called them in the morning to report the problem with our water heater, and was told they would be at my house in the afternoon. Shortly after 12pm they were here. Robbie was very nice, took off his shoes as soon as he came in, then quickly identified and fixed the problem with our water heater. I mentioned that we had been having problems with a bathtub not providing hot water for quite some time, and he was quickly able to identify the problem (bad cartridge in the faucet), told me how much it would be for the part to fix it, then fixed it. The whole time he was very professional and very friendly. The total cost for everything was less than I expected it might be, so I was pleased with that as well! I will definitely call A Mann Plumbing again the next time I need a plumber, and would recommend them to friends and family! A+++!

Perfect, I called and the person who took my order was poliet, friendly and upbeat. THe plumber came in 1/2 hour. He was poliet and unclogged the drain in the bathroom sink and the tub quickly. I donated a canned food and got $5 off my bill! Terrific idea, I love a company that gives back! I will call them again!

Plumbers showed up on time. Worked was coordinated with installer to insure correct installation. No problems encountered in installation and repositioning of drain/water lines. All work completed in a highly satisfactory manner. Another well done for this Angies list company. Highly recommended in all areas.

There is no story to tell. They arrived exactly when they said they would, went directly to work on the needed replacements and repairs, finished up and cleaned up when they were done and were on there way. Everything that they did was done in a professional manner and I have nothing but praise for the work they did. Considering what was done, I thought the cost was reasonable and I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

I was very pleased with their work. I don't have any negative points to tell about them. They came when they were supposed to and they did what they were supposed to. They cleaned up all the mess themselves. I found them great in everything they did.

They came out, inspected everything and gave the quote. They haven't completed the work yet but I liked their communication and the promptness. Their price was fair and pretty reasonable. They seemed to be in the business for quite a while and they are professional.

We discovered The Mann plumbing company when they came to install bath fixtures and do the plumbing for a new bathroom we put in three years ago. We liked them very much because they took their time and did a great job. We have had them out for separate plumbing problems again in the past two years and have always thought that they really work very hard and do a good job and our very nice to work with.

Robbie from Mann plumbing identified the problem right away. After consulting my owners manual, he quickly made the needed repair, adjusted the water heater temp and cleaned up when he finished.

Very pleased with overall experience. Timely communication from the head office, flexible scheduling & courteous personnel. Price was less than other A rated plumbing companies, which influenced our final decision, since like so many other households, we've had a reduction in income. Mark, our plumber, arrived on time and was courteous (he addressed my husband as "sir," which we haven't heard in a long time). In addition to changing out the hot water heater, he also changed the location of the gascock from above our heads to a more accessible location at no extra charge. Mark has been plumbing for 20 years, which is always reassuring--the more experience, the better. And this is a small, family-owned company, which we prefer to the much larger companies out there. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.

They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They were easy to work with and I was satisfied with their service.

Called the company and described the problem I had with a leaking toilet. They said that the plumber would be there at 9:00 the next day. The doorbell rang at 9:00. While he was there I asked him to look at another toilet that ran after it was flushed. He completed both jobs within 45 minutes at a very reasonable price. He was very professional and new exactly what to do. This is the first report that I have written and I would use this company again.
