Crew (2) arrived at the end of the time window I was given. Not a big deal. The job was complicated by an unrelated power outage cause by AEP, resulting in the repair having to be completed by flashlight. The workers were unfazed and continued to work without complaint. Very professional and courteous. The work was completed without delay and to my complete satisfaction

plumbing company came out on predetermined day. they called before coming out. the gentleman was very professional. he told us the most of the time these type of leaks come from drain in shower or bath tub. he tested all the bathrooms upstairs with no luck. he was determine to find the leak so he asked to go and check the attic. that is when he found a worn boot in vent pipe. he quickly replaced the boot on the roof and problem solved! he was there for approx 2 1/2 hours.

Wonderful. Polite. Professional. I received a $5 discount for Angies list and another $5 when I donated a can of food for the food bank. This company is who you want to have as your plumber.

We had a leak in our basement where the water pipe entered the foundation wall. Robbie from A. Mann came out only hours after I called and correctly diagnosed the problem: a broken water line. He came out the following Tuesday (only a few days later) and repaired the line (which involved excavation) and also brought it up to current code with a protective PVC sleeve and silicone. He also installed braces to reduce vibration and prevent further leaks. He and Mo worked efficiently, were very polite and did a clean job. They also wore boot covers when walking through my house, which I appreciated. The cost for the job was half of the lowest estimate I received from a larger competitor. They also worked with our insurance adjustor and helped us get the service covered. We will definitely use them again for any plumbing problems in the future!

They did a great job in reasonable time.

They were on time and friendly. They explained what was most likely the problem, then fixed it. They even fixed the few things I screwed up attempting to do it myself originally. Very satisfied with the company.

We had received quite a bit of rain and the sump was not expelling the water the way it should. Our sump rarely runs so we weren't sure what "normal" was but we knew we were getting close to a flooded basement. Mark, from A. Mann Plumbing, came out on a Sunday and replaced the old sump pump with a new one. He removed a plastic lining from the hole that we were unsure of why it was there in the first place. He tested the pump and noticed the discharge needed to be reconnected so he took care of that too. The price was a little high but it was a Sunday and it did include the price of a new pump. They were responsive and friendly. We also received $15 off for being Angie's List members. We would definitely use them again.

Very well considering where the leaks were and the difficulty in getting to them with the least amount drywall removed. Drywall repair was easy to fix myself.

Wow! They were fabulous. They first relieved the holiday panic and I felt comfortable knowing they were going to see the job thru and we were in it together.... They were knowledgeable and explained what had likely occurred and what they would do. I was careful to get 4 estimates and they were very very reasonable compared to other estimates we got and their customer service and follow up during the holiday was wonderful. They were punctual and did what they said they would do. They also did a great job of cleaning up. We have found a new plumber and it's A Mann !!!

We returned home from a long weekend to discover water leaking into our basement when we flushed our upstairs toilet - we called A Mann Plumbing, and they could've come out that day, but it would've been $225 for emergency rates (for 2 hours of work) - but told us they could come between 9-12 the following day. We scheduled that - though they showed up slightly after noon - they were able to quickly diagnose our problem: "flushable" wipes that we use with our 4 year old son. As soon as they walked into the bathroom and saw the case of wipes, he asked if we flushed them - and though my husband told them that they are supposed to be "flushable" - he reported that they just don't break down like toilet paper. Sure enough - as soon as they removed the toilet, there was a backlog of wipes clogging the drain, leading to our leak. They assessed to be sure we didn't have any water damage, cleared the blockage, and resealed the toilet in less than an hour. The work was done cleanly and the quality was great. No problems since they came out. Except that my son is adjusting to not having the nice wipes anymore... Will definitely use this company again.

I think they are an excellent plumbing service. They are really, really good. I would tell others about them. I thought they were really good and really competitive. They responded very quickly.

The leaky shower head repair went very well. Mann Plumbing did an outstanding job!

I think each visit was right around a $100. I would recommend them. The people that came were very friendly and helpful. They explained what was taking place and what they were going to do to fix it. I don’t have anything to compare their price to. I will use their services again in the future.

I called A Mann Plumbing some time after midnight as I awakened to a noise and went to the basement and saw that it had flooded to approximately 5 inches deep and was still coming in. Brent Staats (director of operations) took my call and said he could be at my house in about an hour and a half. He arrived as scheduled and went with me to see the problem. He was able to get the sump pump to start again and thought the problem was a faulty switch. He recommended that the pump be replaced. The pump was here when I bought the house 11 years ago so I quickly agreed. By 3:00 a.m. the pump was replaced (while I was half dozing on the couch with my little dog). Brent even took time to sweep the water into the sump pump basin until the floor was relatively clear. On top of super service Brent was genuinely courteous, competent, and friendly. For a can of food as an Angie's List member he discounted the call by $10. FYI: the emergency call fee was $125, which was included in the total price. For all my future plumbing needs I'll definitely call on A Mann!

I would recommend them. They were on time and the guy was neat and polite. I had no issues and they gave me an estimate and they pretty much stuck with the estimate. Over here everyone has to be licensed plumber to do the gas line. It is not like water but they are similar. There was nothing for me to subtract from. They weren’t the cheapest but they did good work.

I had a leak in my plumbing. Robbie Mann and his brother didn't give up trying to findwhat proved to be an elusive leak. It took two trips but the leak was finally found between my furnace room wall, behind my furnace and the condo next door. These guys were totally determined to find that leak! They just would not give up! I highly recommend them. I have told everyone at work about them. That kind of service is hard to find these days.

Now to the installation. Mann Plumbing installers completed the job in a timely manner. After the installation, the water had a strange smell for about a month. Contacted GE and they were mystified . . . but it went away eventually. The real issue with the installation was the installers did not read the installation instructions (must have been there first time with this product). As I was reading thought the Use & Care/Installation instructions I noted the unit was installed to close to the wall (heat pump needs proper air circulation). So, visit number 2 to correct. Apologies and all that . . . but no hassle about the return trip. I gave them the Installation Instructions for them to read ! After they moved the water heater and departed I went down and looked at there work. Low and behold they re-plumbed the unit in such a way the dust filter could not be removed for cleaning. So, visit number 3 . . . They re-plumbed again. All is good ! And again no hassle about the trip. Was not the quality of the physical work itself. Just no attention to detail. I only allow a service provided one opportunity to get it right. So if I need another plumber, it won't be Mann. Submitted by David Anthony

These people are shining examples of the type of service we hope to get but rarely encounter. From the first call, I always spoke to a pleasant human being who made me feel like a valued customer. Brent made the initial visit, knew exactly what I wanted, and produced a printed quote in 24 hours. Work was scheduled according to my availability. The men arrived on time, then quietly and efficiently got the jobs done. They cheerfully did the little extra painting and sealing I requested. I can honestly say it was a pleasure to pay the bill. Heartily recommended.

Jim and Nick arrived on time, were very professional and friendly. I explained what needed to be done and they both went right to it. Nick was upstairs installing the shutoff valves while Jim was in the kitchen. Jim used the existing copper line, given it was in good condition, so it saved me some money. The only downside was the price of the shutoff valves which were a couple bucks more than at a Home Depot or Lowe's, but that is the cost for them to have inventory in their truck ready to go and to be fair when I made the appointment I did not tell them I needed shut-off valves installed.

Brent was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Everyone we dealt with from the office staff to the master plumbers on the job were super. They did exactly what they said they would do, and were very thorough. They will be my first call anytime I need plumbing or bathroom remodeling work.

I had some plumbing issues and I knew exactly who to call. I used A. Mann for some work several years ago so I knew that I was going to get my money's worth. Robbie and Mo are their Father's sons - polite, professional and extremely knowledgable. After I explained to them all the issues, they set to complete the work right away. When they discovered that the kitchen sink faucet needed replaced instead of repaired, they replaced it with one that I bought at Lowe's. As always, A. Mann Plumbing gets me out of a jam and I will only call them for plumbing work. Thanks again guys, really excellent work!

The company was professional and great from start to finish. Estimate was on point and competitive. Described each job individually so you knew exactly what you were paying for. Job was done on time and have not had any problem or issues. Would use this company for all my future plumbing needs.

These guys are great. Very professional crew, prompt, informative/responsive, and good quality control/inspection of all jobs by owner/supervisor before job completion. They also stand by their work if any complications arise; for example, after install of my new sump pump it seemed to be running a lot, so they came back out and discovered the check valve was bad and replaced it. I will definitely use this company for all future plumbing work.
