The company called ahead to asked if their plumber could arrive early, which was great for me. Upon arrival, Robbie introduced himself and was eager to get to work. He listened to my request for service and he explained what he needed to do. He performed the work professionally and to our complete satisfaction. We have been looking for a reliable plumbing company that didn't make us feel that we were being "ripped off". I think we have found one in A. Mann Plumbing. We will contact them again for our future plumbing needs.

We decided to use A. Mann plumbing after reading all the positive reviews on Angie's List and I'm very happy with the decision. We were tapping into city water and getting rid of our current well. We got multiple estimates and A. Mann Plumbing was one the front runners from the start for this expensive job because they promptly sent someone out for an estimate and sent us the estimate in the time frame they said they would. Some of the other companies I had to call multiple times to get them to even come out or get them to send the estimate after they had come. Their price was competitive in comparison to the other estimates as well and was actually one of the more reasonable ones. In terms of the actual job, they called a week or two in advance and gave me the date they would come. They contacted the utility companies so that they would come out to mark any underground lines. They dug the trench, hooked up the pipes, and capped off our well all in one day and took care of setting up the inspection with the City which was a couple days later. The did have to come back out one more time as there was a small issue with the inspection but they came out quickly and made the proper adjustments. Everyone from their receptionist to the guys who did the work were all very friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

I called for an estimate to remove a lodged wash cloth from the garbage disposal. They were upfront and honest and explained how to removed the lodged wash cloth without having to send a plumber to fix it. I really appreciated their honesty and ability to help me over the phone.

One employee came on Friday, December 21st and was positive it was the seal around the sink stoppers. He removed them both, added new sealant and replaced. Upon inspection later that evening I found water on the floor of both cabinets and one stopper handle had not been reattached properly. On Saturday, December 22nd I placed an emergency call and another employee arrived approximately 1 1/2 hours later and realized the pipe connections were sealing properly. So a lot of sealant later the leaks have stopped.

They replaced the faucets for our washing machine. The workers were friendly and did a great job with the work.

Arrived on time, plumber was very courteous. Mann Plumbing had done work in our basement for a contractor before, on an install of a bathroom -- so they remembered being in the house before. The replacement of the faucet handle was quick and the work seems to be high quality. In and out without making a mess. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend them/hire them again.

The company installed the two toilets. One was fine, no issues. The other, after installation, "rocked," was not stable. We called the company, and an employee made another visit. He thought the issue was fixed. It was not, still moved. They came out a third time, apparently did more shimming, and now the toilet is stable. They both work as we expected, very well, having replaced a toilet in our previous house with a similar American Standard model. Note: I do like the fact that Mann used braided supply lines for the installation, rather than the more typical chromed tubing.

I am very pleased with the works that have been performed by the two plumbers from this company. The company first sent the plumbers to give an estimate. I have then setup an appointment with the company. The two plumbers, Robbie and Mo, did a real good job. The second item in the work list was pretty hard to do because the water line is in a closet. Another plumber told me that I have to tear down the closet so that he can do it. I noticed that the plumbers no only installed the faucet for me, but also removed some hard stain on my sink. I appreciated this extra work. The only compain is that the plumbers are a little late. I called the company and they gave me a call back explaining the situation where the plumbers were working late at another house. This is good. Overall, very satisfied with both the works and the price.

I had a leaking hot water tap in a bathroom sink. I couldn't find an access to what I thought was the worn washer responsible, so I called the plumber. I asked him to replace what was needed in both taps, thinking that the other would also go bad soon. The work was done soon after I called for the appointment, and I observed the plumber work and I saw where the set screw in tha tap was, that I had missed before. He replaced a couple of parts in both taps, not washers, so perhaps I would have needed a plumber in any case. The work was done well and courteously, but I was surprised at the cost. for less than a hour's work. Perhaps it was not out of line, but in future I will get estimate of the cost before I call a plumber.

Two gentlemen worked for an hour and a half. They were great, very polite. They were very reasonably priced. I would have them back again.

The guys were wonderful. They were professional, courteous, and prompt. They gave me a $5 discount for being an Angie's List member and an additional $5 discount for a donation to the food bank. I thought that was really awesome. I will definitely use this company again!

A Mann's plumber arrived a few minutes early for the appointment. He was very courteous and thoroughly professional. I showed him to the needed repair and he got to work. The project was completed very quickly and everything is perfect. This is the way service calls are supposed to go.

Washing machine and a/c unit on 2nd floor had failures that caused a massive leak into the dining room ceiling. We needed to be as certain as possible that there were no addressable plumbing issues before we completed repairs to ceiling and complete replacement of wood laminate flooring on the first floor. The two plumbers could not have been more professional and pleasant to deal with. They provided a very through check of the affected area including usung a camera to view the inside of the relevant pipes and drain. In the end they even recommended that we simply glue one of the joints and not replace the laminate floor that was blocking a pan. I was thinking about adding a drain, but they didn't think it was necessary. Many plumbers would have recommended the pricier work just to make it worth their trip out, but they didn't which shows a great deal of integrity. This is a family company that truly cares about their customers and the quality of their reputation. They even knock $5 off their price if ou donate a canned good for charity. I can't recommend them more highly!

We needed a new water heater, and decided to order a larger capacity, heavy duty unit. Mann Plumbing's two men arrived on time, with warm personalities, explained what they were going to do, took out the old unit and installed the new water heater. This took the time they estimated. Not only were they wonderfully friendly and professional, they left the area clean after the work was completed. We have used Mann Plumbing for numerous household needs for many years and they always do a fantastic job for us. We find the employees extremely knowledgable, helpful, caring, and ready to help.

This was a perfectly wonderful experience. I called with a problem with the kitchen sink. They told me of a couple things I could try to see if I could avoid a service call. I tried them later that day, and I didn't have any luck. They called me back the next day to check on things. I told them that they should probably come out, and I told them that since they would be here anyway, there was a second drain that needed to be cleaned. That afternoon, two plumbers came, and got both things repaired. They were here about an hour and repaired my kitchen sink and a shower drain. And they only charged me about $173. They were very polite and careful walking around. They're my plumbers, now.

When i initially called, the phone was answered right away by a very pleasant lady. She was able to schedule an appt for the next day. She was also able to give me an approx. quote over the phone which no other company was willing to do. I like knowing ahead of time what to expect. When the men came out, they were very nice and went straight to work. The job did not take very long. They were finished before I knew it. The replacement faucet looks great and no more leaks! There were no surprise fees and I even got a $5 discount for being an Angies List member. Will definitely use this company again.
