Description of Work: I needed my master bedroom toilet rebuilt and as upstairs shower repaired ( it leaked). A Mann sent 2 men,( Mo and Kevin) and they went to work immediately, each doing a single repair. They worked together very well and checked their repairs. I had them give an estimate to do outside drainage work and they returned the following week with all proper equipment and completed that job in one day. Loved these guys. They were mannerly, well spoken and efficient. Will employ this business again when needed.

Description of Work: They were quick to respond and replaced our broken sump pump in about 15 minutes.

Description of Work: Needed to have a kitchen faucet replaced. We bought the faucet ahead of time and the guys had it installed in less than 30 minutes. They were prompt, neat, and cleaned up after themselves. Very polite and professional. I've used A Mann before and had the exact same experience. I really like them and their service is great.

Description of Work: They replaced water heaters. Got right to it and were done in good time took old heaters with them so I didn't to deal with that. I would recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Our toilets have had a noise at the end of their flush. We were afraid there was something going on in our sewer lines. We called Mann Plumbing and they came out within 3hrs. He ran a snake down the cleanout and was very careful not to damage anything. Was able to go about 10' and could not go any farther and thinks the "Y" pike had been installed backwards not allowing him to go any farther. He was going to pull the toilet in basement and go down the pipe that way. We decided since there isn't any backups we would defer continuing. We liked the service and would use him again. It was our decision to stop until we had real problems.

Description of Work: Our garbage disposal was leaking and our faucets in the kitchen and master bathroom have been on the downward spiral so they replaced all faucets and looked to see if the disposal could be fixed unfortunately the seal was broke. While they worked on the faucets we ran to Home Depot purchased the disposal and they replaced it without having to come back!!!

Description of Work: The company responded within an hour. Robbie arrived and assessed the problem and gave me two options for the repair. He was very pleasant, yet also very professional. I was given a "ball park" estimate that was within $20 of actual cost. One remaining section of plumbing to an outside spicket was galvanized and leaking at a juncture. He had to replace all of the galvanized pipe and install a new spicket with a shut off valve.

Description of Work: They fixed my kitchen sink that was leaking. They replaced the pipe underneath the sink.

Description of Work: They replaced the cartridge on the shower faucet which was causing the water to drip and fill valve and flapper on one toilet. Robbie and Mo was courteous and the price was reasonable.

Description of Work: Called in the morning and they were able to come by noon to fix my dripping shower head, kitchen faucet that was corroded and would not rotate, and outside faucet that leaked when water turned on. A MANN PLUMBING did a great job!

Description of Work: I've used Mann Plumbing for several years. The first time was in 1996 when they repaired a water pipe leak under our sidewalk. It was quite a job but they did it well. Since then, they have come out to repair many other problems, including unplugging my sink at least 3 idfferent times, and replacing a garbage disposal and water heater, twice over the years. When I call them, I just say; "Hi. This is the Westerville Money Pit." They know exactly who is calling. They always clean up when they're done with a job. Their prices are economical. I almost always buy my own equipment and they install it for me. They have done so much work for me since 1996, that it would take far more space than Angie's List allows. I highly recommend Mann Plumbing and consider myself lucky that I found them. No, I'm not related to them, nor do I work for them.

Description of Work: A Mann came out on an emergency call to repair a plumbing leak in the basement on a Sunday evening. They were onsite in about 30 minutes and repaired the problem in about an hour.

Description of Work: Columbia Gas was supposed to install a new remote meter but said I had a gas leak, unfortunately they didn't red tag where it was. Consequently Mann plumbing came twice to try to discover the leak and the second time they found it . . . it is was where the gas company had improperly installed the remote meter. Mann Plumbing was apologetic and did pass on what happened here to Columbia Gas but still had to charge for the work and time they had to spend to find and finally repair the leak. No complaints about that.
