Description of Work: They didn't return calls promptly and when they finally did call me back and schedule a service call they were a no-show. They were the company I was required to use because I had a home warrenty policy. I ended up paying for the repairs myself and not using the policy because they were so bad. The furnace in our new home wasn't working and we didn't know what was cousing the problem. They called a week or so after I had paid to have the furnace repaired by another company and the person I spoke to claimed he wasn't aware that they had missed the service call. They are only a 2 man operation so someone wasn't communicating.

+ -1 moreWe received a previous quote at about $5,000, and the company said they would have to change a lot of our existing duct work. When Bran came out he said he would have no problem with the installation, he was in and out and the next day gave us a great quote. Within a couple of weeks we had a brand new A/C and it's been working great!

I also had them come back to put heat in the garage. They are excellent workers and really nice men. They are very polite and respectful. They are always on time.

+ 0 moreHe found an open 10inch vent that was never insulated in the attic. They were very pleasant and provided quality work. I would highly recommend them.Chris Rollins and Bran Silveous were exceptionally pleasant to be around.

+ -1 more4 Seasons was on the roof of my condo building with a man from the architect's office, checking heat pumps for common areas. They noticed the one for my unit was smoking! They offered to replace failed parts but recommended a complete replacement because the warranty had expired and the original unit was under-sized. We went for it. The new unit has a 10-year warranty and is big enough that the back up auxiliary heat rarely comes on now. 4 Seasons got us the application for a federal energy tax credit of 30% ($1275). They worked for 2 1/2 hours to connect a new thermostat and ended up installing a wireless remote thermostat because the original wiring kept shorting out.
