They went above and beyond the call to get everything fixed up and dried up. They even did some extra for us while they were here. The service was excellent and the people were very friendly. They made sure we were taken care of and got everything back in shape. They met within the guidelines of the insurance company and they didn't charge any extra. They played by the rules. The quality was impressive and they responded immediately. They were absolutely professional. We are keeping their number on our refrigerator so if we ever have any other problems, they will be the first ones we call.
Description of Work: We used Rainbow International because we had a pipe burst in a finished basement and it was a mess.
