+ -1 moreAfter reading the reviews for Smith Piping, I know I'm justified in my negative review. Like the others, I was also ripped-off by Tim and his team. Devon arrived 4 hours late to my house only to spend less than 10 minutes resetting my pressure tank switch. I lost 4 hours on my paycheck because they "forgot about me." - exact quote from Tim. I would strongly reconsider using this company for any of your plumbing needs. I'm sure there are businesses in Minerva who practice under good business ethics and respect and decency to their customers. I would suggest looking further than Carrollton for all your plumbing needs.
