Nate did an excellent job installing. He was meticulous, and was able to resolve some hard-to-fit tile spaces. We were very happy with thier ioffice showroom too. We will highly consider now for floorig as well

They measured and gave me a quote on flooring for my kitchen and dinning area. When I went back to return the samples I mentioned that the quote seemed high for what I was getting. She looked at the quote and told me the person who had done it originally had some things wrong so she reworked the numbers and came up with $300 less. They also charge $70 to move 2 appliances. I contracted another company. They did a beautiful job for much less and did not charge to move the appliances.

Technician arrived on time and was polite and professional. After cutting out the carpet for my upstairs hallway, I noticed it did not match my sample. He immediately called the office and explained the issue. He had to pull up what he had already cut out and return to the store to get the correct carpeting. Despite this extra work, he remained polite and professional. I was also called by someone from the store to assure me they were taking care of the issue. the technician returned with the correct carpeting and did a great job.

everyone was professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.. This includes everyone beginning with the person answering the phone through and including the installers. Not only did they do a beautiful job they also cleaned everything up as they went.

The flooring is high quality and the tile work is beautiful. Everyone that comes in our house says how nice our carpet is.

The entire sales & installation process went very well. They were punctual, did great work, and cleaned up before leaving each day. Our new flooring looks great. This is the 3rd or 4th time we have utilized Variety Floors in our home over the last 3 years.

Pam was so helpful and knowledgeable when we were deciding on carpet style, color and content. The price quoted came in lower than expected thanks to a manufacturer's sale. Carpet arrived ahead of schedule and therefore installed a day earlier than planned. The gentlemen installing the carpet were prompt, clean, courteous, and worked quietly and quickly. The installation required three days so it was nice to have a diligent work crew. We were delighted with the experience from beginning to end. Thank you !!! It was a big job for us and you made it so simple and easy.

They were good. They came in and so forth. They didn't like the floor at first, and they had to meet the contractor to lay an extra layer of plywood down, so their flooring would be better. They did a pretty good job.

From our first contact with Jason and then Kenny coming out to measure and the installers Aaron and Dave, we couldn't be happier and they did fantastic job!! They removed all of the trash, old padding/carpet, vinyl and all of the leftover new carpet/padding that we did want to keep. It took 3.5 days for everything to be completed. DEFINITELY recommend Variety Floors.

Overall the job went well. Rod (the installer) is very experienced and his attention to detail was fantastic. Variety was able to match our previous floor that is 10 years old. You cannot tell where the new floor was added. The job was projected to take 2 days, which it did. The only issue was that some sanding of sub floor was required. They used a belt sander rather than a true floor sander with a vacuum. The dust from the belt sander made quite a mess and we had alot of early spring cleaning to do. But overall they did great work and I would recommend them highly.

Everyone was very professional. We were extremely pleased by the whole experience.
