I am disabled, on oxygen with serious health problems. They used my vacuum because I have severe allergies and they have vacuums that have bags which means that if they clean someone's house who has pets, I get their pet dander. Also, they use steam mops and after doing thorough research online, I would not allow them to use them on my vinyl floor, as they are not recommended for vinyl floors. I had told them when they were hired that Idid not care if they had to occasionally had to change my cleaning day due to conflicts and I preferred to be cleaned in the afternoon. I am disabled and if I have a bad night, Ineed the morning (at least) to catch up on my sleep. The girl who cleaned my house needed to be reminded occasionally to vacuum slowly, clean the shower thoroughly etc. but overall did a reasonably good job. As my Mom says, and quot;As clean as we are, weare never going to be completely satisfied with the way someone else cleans our houses and it is best not to look too closely at how they do thingsand quot;. My cleaning girl began changing my days every cleaning and I would have to contact her on Sunday evenings to find out when she was cleaning my house. After many months of this, I asked the owner if we could set my day so I didn't wonder every week when she was coming. The owner was confused as she was told that the reason my day had been changing for all this time was for my convenience. I quickly corrected her and explained that it had been her employee's decision,not mine to not have a set day. My cleaning day was set on Tuesday and my time was early afternoon. I spent three weeks in August in the hospital. In early September on a Friday afternoon, I was sleeping on my couch, trying to recover from my hospitalization when I hear my alarm beep, letting me know the front door had been opened. I heard NO doorbell although she claimed she rang itand wasn't expecting anyone who had a key. I immediately got up and heard my cleaning girl's voice calling my name. I walked to the front hallway and asked her what she was doing here. She started off saying she was in the neighborhood and wanted to stop by to see me. The second excuse was she needed to use the bathroom. The third excuse was that she thought she left something in my master bedroom. I assured her, coolly that nothing was in my master bedroom, especially not a long Swiffer Cleaning tool. When she asked if she could check, I said NO. (I had banned those from my home as the owner had all of her girls using the Swiffer Tools to clean EVERYTHING. It drove me crazy because the dust settled right back on things after they had dusted with them. I asked her to go back to good old fashioned Pledge and Windex.) Things got even more awkward at that point and the girl left. I texted the owner (the best way to reach her, unfortunately) and left her a message to call me ASAP. When she called, I explained what happened, and to my surprise Teri, the owner, saw nothing wrong with her employee letting herself into my home at her leisure. I tried over and over again to get Teri to understand that this was not only inappropriate but that it had violated my trust and I felt really awkward about having her back in my house. I even went so far as to set up a scenario where someone walked in on Teri surprising her in her home. She finally admitted that would make her feel uncomfortable but continued to assure me that her employee thought of me as a friend and was worried about me. I told Teri, my friends would call before a visit and would certainly never let themselves in without me knowing they were coming. I told her that even my Mom and I don't just show up at each other's homes and let ourselves in without the other letting each other know we were coming. I expected Teri to remove her from my house and replace her. Unfortunately, she didn't understand boundary issues any better than her employees did. She kept telling me that the girl considered herself my friend. I kept explaining to Teri that my friends and I talk about other things than when to clean my house. My friends and I get together for lunch, etc. and none of these things had happened. This was strictly a professional relationship. Again, I expected the owner of the company to understand how huge a breach this was of employee etiquette and trust. I was shocked that she didn't step in and immediately take care of the situation. That didn't happen and I made the mistake of continuing to employ Tidy Plus Clean. I was too sick to hire a new company at that point but my trust had been seriously broken and my husband and I spent the weekend checking if anything was missing from the house. I also asked for my key back and told Teri that her employee would have to clean while I was here only. Interestingly, the only things missing were cleaning related (both of my Swiffers that I used to clean fans or unreachable areas were gone. She had brought one back once but it disappeared again (not a serious problem but annoying). The other thing that was missing were the bamboo towels I bought to save on the ecology. There were 25 of them and each one should have lasted through 100 washes after cleaning my house. I paid a lot of money for these towels. My Mom's were holding up fine but mine were disappearing at an alarming rate. We found one in the garbage disposal aftershe cleaned and my husband told me that there were only two left after only 3 months of having them. I called the girl and wanted to know where the rest were. I probably over reacted due to the trust issues raised when she let herself into my home. As I said, I should have just terminated the agreement when Teri didn't remove this girl from my home and didn't understand why I had a problem with what she did. I was sick and I made a mistake due to my poor health. It led to a confrontation that wouldn't have happened in normal circumstances. When Teri called me, she told me that the girl refused to come back and she had no one else to replace her with so she thought we ought to part ways but hoped we could remain friends (was she kidding). I agreed with her but felt it important to change my original evaluation that was an and quot;Aand quot; based on the major trust issues this girl breached and the owner laughed about. They are not bonded, I was told they were, perhaps they are now but as I went back over their Angie's list profile I realized that it says they are not bonded. So if this girl stole my jewelry or anything else, I was out of luck with this company. If you want to hire them, beware of giving them access to your home or they may just show up when they feel like it. Sadly, to this day, I truly have no idea why she walked into my home without warning. For all she knew, I was still in the hospital or at a doctor's appointment. What was her reason for letting herself into my house on a Friday afternoon, I'll never know. BEWARE!!!!!!

The owner worked with her employee for the first couple of cleans, after that, my cleaning person and myself work out ourselves any changes I need made to the way she is cleaning my house. She is at my house every other Friday for about 2-21/2 hours, she cleans the bathrooms and kitchen thoroughly. She dusts and vacuums the rest of the house thoroughly as well. I have no complaints and I have recommended them to many other people since I started working with them. They are a top notch company and Teri Hall (owner) takes great pride in her company and how well her staff work with the individual clients. It is a growing company and I expect it to continue to grow due to the quality of service. When Teri was short staffed she rolled up her sleeves and cleaned my house herself until she could hire an appropriate person. Can't do better than that.

There were 2 people and they must charge $20 per person per hour. They are very easy to work with. The owner was very prompt, efficient and organized. They've done a good job and they always ask if there is anything that needs improvement or missing, they want you to communicate with them. They are prompt. I'd recommend them to others.

She has done some organizational stuff for me too. She does anything. My experience has been awesome. I am very happy. She are professional, prompt, she does what she says she is going to do. The quality is great. I have never had any problems.

It went really well. We had some issues about the cleaning of the house but overall it went well. They came on time to start the job. They were trustworthy to work with.
