We had set a window of time for them to come by, and they actually called earlier, and we were able to get it done earlier in the day. Very punctual, and very thorough.

He did a good job. He was on time and it only took him about an hour for the job. He explained it to me. He was very professional and knew what he was doing.

The tech was punctual, professional, and polite. I had requested an inspection of the two garage doors-but I decided to have a new opener installed because of the safety features. The tech replaced my garage door opener and serviced the tenant's. He told me how I could maintain the door. I've been using the new opener a few days and am pleased with it. It was a good investment.

They were very good, their prices were lower. They came out the same day and very professional. They are a local company and offered a lot of advice.

The experience was excellent. They worked me into schedule the day I called. They also called 20 minutes before coming so I could stay at work until they arrived. The rep was friendly, considerate and thorough; He looked for ways to keep dirt out of my home, treated my dog well, and cleaned up after himself. The door works well and is operating more quietly. I have had Shoff Doors do work for me at rental homes and it has always been done well so I didn't check prices (I needed someone that I knew would come and do a good job).

The repairman was polite and professional. It was a lengthy job. I don't know if their price was better or worse than any other company as I didn't get estimates. I needed someone to come as soon as possible.

MY GARAGE DOOR WOULD FALL. I CALLED SHOFF FIRST BECAUSE THEIR NAME WAS ON THE STICKER ON THE MOTOR OF THE DOOR. THE CALL WAS ANSWERED PROMPTLY, BUT I WAS TOLD TO HOLD ON FOR A MINUTE. WHILE WAITING, I COULD HEAR THEM TALKING TO ANOTHER PERSON ABOUT A SCHEDULE. WHEN THE CALL ENDED, I EXPECTED THEM TO RETURN TO ME. INSTEAD TWO INDIVIDUALS TALKED TO EACH OTHER FOR ABOUT 5 MORE MINUTES, APPARENTLY FORGETTING I WAS ON THE PHONE. I HUNG UP, AND DID ANOTHER SEARCH ON ANGIE'S LIST. THE COMPANY I SELECTED DID A FANTASTIC JOB.

THE BASIC SERVICE CALL IS $59.95, BUT I HAD EXTRA REPAIR WORK. I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE AND HAVE ALWAYS HAD GOOD PROMPT SERVICE.

SHE SAID SHE WAS GOING TO SEND ME DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO FIX THE DOOR MYSELF SO I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY A SERVICE FEE. THE PROBLEM IS THAT SHE NEVER SENT THE INFORMATION. I DIDN'T MIND THE SERVICE FEE.

I WAS DELIGHTED BY THE PROMPT RESPONSE - THEY WERE ABLE TO FIT ME IN LATER THE SAME DAY I CALLED. VERY PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

THEY CAME AT THE AGREED UPON TIME, DID THE WORK IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME, THE GENTLEMAN WAS NICE AND PERSONABLE TO SPEAK WITH, CHECKED OVER ALL DOORS FOR MISSING NUTS AND PERFORMED GENERAL MAINTENANCE BEYOND WHAT WE HAD ASKED FOR.

DOOR WORKS MUCH BETTER AND WENT BEYOND WHAT HE NEEDED TO DO.

I CALLED AHEAD, AS REQUESTED. THEY ARRIVED AS PROMISED, HAD THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT ON THE TRUCK TO PERFORM THE WORK, DID AN EXCELLENT, QUICK AND CLEAN JOB.

MIKE ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS VERY FRIENDLY. AFTER HE REPLACED THE SPRINGS, HE POINTED OUT THAT THE TOP ROLLERS ON THE DOOR WERE NEARLY WORN OUT AND THAT THEY COULD BE EASILY AND CHEAPLY REPLACED. HE THEN GAVE ME BRIEF INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO DO IT. THE SAME COMPANY INSTALLED A NEW OPENER FOR US A COUPLE YEARS AGO AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB THEN, AS WELL.

HAVE WORKED WITH THEM BEFORE. THEY HAVE BEEN CONSISTENTLY PROMPT, AND MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM GIVES ME COMPLETE FAITH IN THEIR OPINIONS AND ABILITIES.

THEY CAME OUT WITHIN 24 HOURS AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. THEY WERE PROMPT, CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I WENT AHEAD AND HAD HIM INSTALL SPRINGS ON BOTH SIDES OF THE DOOR, THAT WAY THERE IS LESS OF A NEED TO HAVE THEM OUT AGAIN. THIS WAS A GOOD SUGGESTION THAT THEY GAVE ME.

REPAIRMAN KNEW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS BUT COULD NOT DETERMINE HOW TO FIX THIS PARTICULAR MODEL.
