They were supposed to arrive earlier today and never called and never showed. We have tried to contact them this afternoon to get an estimated time of arrival and left them a message.... we still have not heard from them.
Description of Work: I called them and made an appointment to have them inspect my septic tank.

The aerator on our septic tank was replaced by this company in Nov 2011 (prior to us purchasing the home) with the extended 30-month warranty. The previous homeowners gave us the paperwork when we purchased the home. The aerator started acting up in April 2013. I called the company on Monday, April 15 and was told someone would be out to look at it the next day. No one showed up and no one called to cancel. My husband called on Wednesday, April 17 and left a voicemail and his call was never returned. I called again on Thursday, April 18 and was told someone would be out in the next three hours. Again, no one showed up and no one called to cancel. I called again on Monday, April 22 and left a voicemail stating that I expected someone to come out for the service call by Tuesday, April 23. I called again on Tuesday morning and was told that someone would be out shortly. No one showed up and no one called to cancel, yet again. I have called another company to service my aerator and I would not recommend wasting your time trying to make contact with this so-called "business".
Description of Work: No services were performed as no one ever showed up for the service call, despite numerous phone conversations.

We bought a home that needed a new septic system. The local health department recommended this provider to install a mound septic system. The previous home owner was responsible for paying for the work. Work was performed in June of 2012. The provider did not show up to perform work on a regular basis throughout the approximate 2 to 3 week construction. The work was weather dependent and on nice days it was normal for workers to either not show up or show up late in the day. Work was not performed during normal business hours. One night electrical work was performed around midnight by lantern light. An integral part of a mound system is the above ground mound and appropriate ground cover on it. Grading, seeding and placement of straw on it was done at 4:00 am. Straw was placed too heavy for grass to grow properly. The owner has repeatedly said he was going to return to regrade spots that have settled but has not shown up as promised. In addition it has been discovered that some of the work was not completed according to code.
Description of Work: Installation of a $17, 000 mound septic system.
