Very well. Technician arrived on time and confirmed that both springs needed to be replaced. After replacement he tested the door to make sure it was working properly. He also cleaned up after his job so I did not need to do anything. The door is working perfectly. We were very pleased with the job that was performed as well as the very quick turnaround from our phone call to the job being done the very next day.

Atwood responded to my Angi's request within minutes and had my door working that same morning. The technician knew the problem immediately and the work was complete within 20 minutes. Would use again and highly recommend!
