They came on time to give me the estimate, explain what was wrong with my current garage door and why it would need replaced at some point in the future. Then I was really surprised that I was offered a repair solution with my garage door because I was pricing door replacements. I was very impressed that this company did not try and sell me a new door or make me feel bad if I decided to have the door repaired and not replaced. In addition, I was shown that my garage door opener was missing a bolt. They fixed the bolt in the garage door opener (not part of the estimate because it was something I could do myself) and I had the door repaired. In the future I will have the door replaced when needed by this company.

They tried to walk me through the repair without them having to come out and I thought that was very nice of them. They showed up the day after I called so they were very prompt. They called me at work to let me know when they had finished. They did a great job and I would recommend them.

Everything was great - they were on time, installed quality door, keypad and opener, and the cost was way below what I expected.

They were able to accommidate my needs and saved me money.

I called on Wednesday afternoon because my cable had broke, my car was in the garage and I couldn't open it. I had been planning to replace the door within the next year. They sent someone out the next morning who repaired my door so I could get my car out. He measured for a new door and gave me price and information. A week later they came and installed the new door and opener. Everyone was very helpful and professional.

Great job. They are returning in a couple weeks to replace one panel, after they inadvertently placed the decorative hardware on it incorrectly. Not a big deal to us, but they said they would fix it.

THEY WERE HERE ON TIME FOR THE ESTIMATE AND FOR THE INSTALLATION. THEY WORKED VERY HARD AND WERE PROFESSIONAL AND WERE FINISHED WITHIN 2 HOURS. A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE AND WAS PLEASED. I HAD CALLED THEM A FEW TIMES TO FIX THE OLD GARAGE DOOR UNTIL IT FINALLY GAVE OUT AND THEY WERE ALWAYS HERE IN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME WHEN WE COULDN'T OPEN THE DOOR. THEY NEVER PRESSURED OR TRIED TO SELL US A NEW DOOR. THEY HAVE DONE MAINTENANCE ON THE FIRST DOOR WE HAD THEM DO. ALL IN ALL VERY PLEASED.

We had a good experience with this company. I called the company on Monday and scheduled an appointment the next day. They actually could have come out the same day, but my schedule did not allow that. They said they would come between 12:00 and 3:00. The repairman showed up at my door at 12:40, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within a half hour. Also recommended that I buy a surge protector to protect the opener from damage during a storm. The repairman also adjusted the door to open up higher because he noticed we had a large van. The opener works quieter than before and we were very satisfied with the work.

Atwood showed up when they promised, and fixed the Sears garage door opener gears. Which was cheaper than replacing the entire opener unit. I had rewound the one spring cable that came undone, and the door was not well aligned. I called Atwood, they came back out and aligned the door, no additional charge. I had used them several years ago to install the door involved.

They were very good, They were efficient came on time and did good work. They cleaned up very well and were pleasant.

Great job. They even took away the old opener and parts. I would defiantly recommend Atwood for your garage door and opener issues.

Great job! They are nice people to work with. I shopped the price around and it was the best I found.

Was impressed with initial responsiveness. Installation was a little unique in that an extra long track (track extender) was required due to the location of the entry to the house from the garage. Installation was a little sloppy - the installers did not adequately tack up the electrical cords to the opener, and simply looped excess cord around the opener mount. In addition, one garage door did not open very smoothly, and failed to close completely after a couple of days (seemed to be hitting resistance that caused it to bounce back open about two feet from the ground). Called Atwood - they sent a technician to adjust and clean up wires. After a couple of weeks, the same door would not open fully. Another technician was sent, who acknowledged that the installation was not accurate. Fixed the problem, and we've not had any more problems.

Joe at Atwood Door earned my business! This was the thrid company I contacted regarding my garage door opener not working properly after a huge/damaging storm passed through my neighborhood. Joe answered all my questions concerning my 13 year old opener. He gave me instructions over the phone to check several different things to help me pinpoint the problem and potentially fix the opener on my own, without needing their expert services or charging a fee! Ultimately, I needed to have them make the necessary repairs. They offered to set up an appointment the next day. I called the morning they were to arrive to get an approximate time they would be there, so we would not have to take a vacation day. They were prompt, courteous and very professional! Our opener is running very smoothly, and is much quieter than before! My husband did not get the name of the technician, his initials were MD (per the receipt). I would highly recommend this company to everyone!!!

Company responded within 24 hours of my call. Their employees were punctual, polite and hard working. Company's price was very competitive and there were no hidden or extra charges. The price quoted on the telephone was exactly the same I paid upon job completion.

The repair person fixed the cable problem and then had to make a lot of adjustments to the track of our garage door to make everything work correctly.

THEY DID A FINE JOB. SHOWED UP A LITTLE LATE.

A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE ON TIME AND EFFICIENT FOR BOTH THE ESTIMATE AND INSTALLING THE NEW DOORS. THEIR ESTIMATE WAS SLIGHTLY HIGHER THAN A COMPETITOR, AND I ASKED THEM IF THEY WOULD MATCH THE LOWER COMPETITORS PRICE, AND THEY DID. NO ISSUES AT ALL. THEY ALSO FIXED THE BROKEN OPENER WITH NO PROBLEMS.

THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY AND WITH AN APPROPRIATE PRICE, I THOUGHT. I CALLED THEM AT THEIR PICKERINGTON LOCATION, NOT THE CARROLL LOCATION. THEY LIST BOTH ADDRESSES ON THEIR INVOICE.

GREAT PRICES COMPARED TO OTHER COMPANIES FOR THE SAME DOOR. THEY DID A GOOD JOB and CLEANED EVERYTHING UP. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

THE YOUNG MAN IMMEDIATELY IDENTIFIED OUR GARAGE DOOR OPENERS AS THE CULPRITS AND PROGRAMMED NEW ONES FOR US. PROBLEM SOLVED.

I DID NOT GET THE NAMES OF THE TWO SERVICEMEN, BUT THEY WERE ON TIME, POLITE AND COURTEOUS.

TWO JOBS. FIRST JOB COST $59. THE SECOND $95. THE FIRST, THE WORKERS WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE PRICE, FOR WHAT WAS DONE, WAS QUITE HIGH. UNFORTUNATELY THAT WAS THE BASE SERVICE CALL PRICE. ON THE PLUS SIDE THEY DID QUICKLY SOLVE THE PROBLEM. THE SECOND TIME, THE PRICE WAS QUITE GOOD FOR THE WORK COMPLETED. I'M NOT CERTAIN I WOULD CONTACT THIS COMPANY AGAIN UNLESS I COULD HAVE, I BELIEVE HIS NAME IS, STEVE COME OUT. WE HAD HIM OUT A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO AND HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND REALLY KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. ALTHOUGH THE CURRENT STAFF KNEW THEIR STUFF, THE PROFESSIONALISM WAS REALLY LACKING.

THEY CAME PROMPTLY AFTER I CALLED. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY WERE SUPER NICE.
