Description of Work: Attwood Door installed my original garage door opener in 1972 and a replacement in 2004. I called them two months ago because one of my door openers needs a new battery. they never replied to the message I left. I called again a month ago and again they never replied. i will need to find a responsible garage door opener company that can repair or supply a new device for the car unless you can get them to reply. Also, the second Genie opener was far inferior to the first. One of the light sockets went out after 18 months and at about two years the second one failed. This is very dangerous as I am 78 years old. I did not call them about the light sockets, but asked my contractors electrician to try. He was unable to help. I would just like to get the car opener repaired, or if you cannot get them to reply to this make sure people know they won't bother to deal with upkeep.
