They are fabulous! Last night's storm tore off half of a very large maple. They came this morning and cleaned it all up. These guys were kind and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them.

Arbaugh Tree Service did a very professional job of removing a 30-foot spruce tree for us. While the company was recently doing some work for my next door neighbor, I asked if they had time to provide an estimate for taking down our tree. Gary quoted what seemed like a fair price and, since our job wouldn't take long, offered to do it after they finished with my neighbor's yard. Their pleasant workers felled branches, then the bulk of the tree, expertly and efficiently. They then proceeded to clean up the work area, leaving it in better shape than when they started. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Never got a response to my phone message. I don't think the questions and responses apply because no service was provided.

It went very well. They came and provided a free estimate within 24 hours of the request. The job was completed within the time frame I needed. Very affordable and clean up was great!!

The project was to trim the white pine tree limbs hanging over the house, cut down two dead 50+ foot white pine trees, and clean-up afterwards. Arbaugh’s Tree Service arrived on time, did what they said they would do and were done before noon. Except for damage to the corner of the asphalt driveway they did everything requested without damage to the neighbor’s fence, the outdoor building, the electric lines or anything else in the yard. They clean up afterwards and took all the wood and branches. I was happy to have the 50+ feet white pine trees gone because they were a danger to the house and to the neighbors’ house.

They were very quick to give me an estimate (within a day) but they never showed up. I called twice to get an estimate of time when they would be there and was told within the week but it has now been 3 months and no show. I hired someone else.

Three appointments were scheduled. Business failed to show up or call to cancel for any of them. Finally gave up. No return message when I complained about their poor service. Would never use.

Fantastic! They did a great job of reshaping the tree and removing limbs that were growing towards our home. They also cabled limbs that were needing extra support and they thinned our tree to make it less resistant to high winds. We are so proud of the work they did and the cleanup they provided was superb too! We are very satisfied customers!

They did not show up. When I contacted the office, the secretary said se would check and get back with me. They never did. I had to find another company.

Arbaughs Tree Service was recommended to me for fair prices and good work. I was not disappointed. I called, got an estimate and in about 3 weeks they completed the job. They were cautious and professional. I had about a 60 - 70 ft spruce that was unfortunately planted about 9 feet from my house and was interfering with drainage and my sewer line, they were very careful and took the tree down without any issues. The other tree was planted way too close to my garage and awning, about 10 inches at the roof. They also took down this tree with out any issues. I would highly recommend them.

A couple of weeks ago I spoke to someone from Arbaugh Tree Service about getting a free estimate for removal of a tree. I was told I was put on the schedule and someone would come out and provide an estimate. Haven’t heard back from the company since.

On May 5 I received an estimate from Arbaugh. It seemed low so I called the next day to schedule the work. The woman asked me how much the estimate was for and then said that they would put me on the schedule. After 3 weeks I called them back and they said that the ground was too wet to work and they were behind. She said that they would get to me. I called again 3 weeks later and they told me they would “pencil me in” for the next 2 weeks. I contacted 2 other recommended tree service companies. One called back and asked me if I still needed an estimate and I said yes. I never heard from him again. I contacted a third company and they never contacted me back. I then went to Thumbtack. The first company I conctacted got back to me immediately and gave me an estimate that same day. Although they had to reschedule once the work was done in a week and a half. Because of this experience I will not be using Angie’s List in the future but will be using Thumbtack.

EXCELLENT. This company is amazing. They got the job done in short order and was WELL DONE. The tree limb cutter gentleman was amazing to watch, so good and professional!!! The crew likewise was great and did an AMAZING job of cleaning up. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY & CREW. We live in Whitehall, so they go all over. 5 STARS TO THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

They were wonderful. Very careful. The best part was how they cleaned up. They raked and removed all the debris. I would hire them again.

I've used them at least 3 times in the past. Went well, they do very good work at a reasonable price. They also clean-up very well after their service. The only thing that would take away from the top score is that there was a longer lag between agreeing to services and having them performed.

Although they took two months getting to our project, it was worth the wait. My oak trees never looked better. They cleaned up really well before they left. On hindsite I should have requested they take more lower limbs off the pin oak. All in all I have another job for them at another property.

I’ve never written a poor review , as I have great luck using Angie’s list. However, I feel others should be warned. An estimate was given in July and then they ghosted us. Between my husband and I, we’ve called and spoken to the same woman 6-8 times. She’s pleasant, but it’s the same excuses. Save yourself the headache.

After taking my information on August 20th at 1:50pm, they said they would take a look and give me a quote. I never heard from them again. Nor was an estimate left in my door. I am retired and disabled and was home all week. They just didn't show up. Or they looked at it and didn't want the job so they just didn't respond. Not what I usually experience when I contact an "A" rated company on Angie's List.

I never heard back from the company.
