They did a magnificent job. We had no issues and they were polite and very prompt. Everything was done just as it should be and I’m very particular so they wouldn’t get away with that but I didn’t have to tell them anything. I just said here’s what I wanted done and it was done like we asked. They may be the only tree company I would ever call.

These people are professionals and they know how to do their job. They were quick and efficient.

Fantastic! The crew was professional, efficient and fast. They were completely done in less than an hour and a half and that includes the clean-up. The supervisor double-checked with me on what needed to be done, which i greatly appreciated then they got to work. They even removed some small bushes that were not in the contract. Really super service. Everyone I dealt with, from Mr. and Mrs. Arbaugh to the work crew, took pride in their work. I would definitely use Arbaugh Tree Service again.

Once the crew arrived on the agreed-upon date, they were done in a matter of hours. Cleaned up behind them as they went. Great crew! The rating for responsiveness is due to the struggle to get a confirmed date to come and do the work. I understand that weather certainly plays a factor, but many weeks went by with no communication, after the initial request to complete the service in the bid. OK was given on 8/25, work performed on 10/7.

Excellent job! Work was completed quickly. The team was very friendly and courteous and cleaned up everything before they left. Quality work for a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again.

A mature tree close to the house had become unstable in a wind storm. Having used Arbaugh's before, I contacted them and they came the next day to remove the tree. Crew arrived as promised, was efficient, and cleaned-up all the debris.

I am so pleased with their work. I had a huge white pine in my front yard that was about 30 years old. It was horrible. I called for an estimate and received a very reasonable offer. I schedule to have them come out and about 3 days later I received a call saying they were nearby and could come out today. I agreed. They showed up and started working, cutting branches off and then they cut the trunk down piece by piece. Finally they took out the stump. They did a wonderful job. They cleaned up the trash, sawdust, and any other debris. They even blew off the sawdust from my car that was sitting in the driveway. They had this down to a science. I highly recommend Arbaugh's Tree Service. They are professional, efficient, and courteous right down the line.

An estimate was provided in November. Since November, the provider has promised to complete the job 5 times after I followed-up via Angie's List messaging. The provider would always promise to call/complete the work (again, 5 separate times) but never showed up and completed the work. I would have rather the provided not responded, as he has now pushed this job back 4 months. Very unprofessional.

They were excellent in trimming bushes and cleaning up every branch on the ground. The height of the bushes trimmed were exactly as we asked them to do. Every scrap of bush or twig was raked up, and the shredder shavings were cleaned beyond what we expected. I wouldn't hesitate calling them again, or recommending them to any one. Thank you

I just wanted to write a quick review to let folks know that this company does not provide free estimates. They charge $60 to come out and give an estimate and that fee will be "discounted" if you hire them to do any work. When I told the receptionist that wasn't competitive with other providers - like Davey Tree Service - she said, "Oh, we know."

They are extremely professional and they did a great job. We've used them twice now, and we would definitely use them again.

After reading several positive reviews on Angie"s List, I contacted this company to provide me with an estimate to remove a large tree. The lady took my information over the phone and indicated someone would be out to give me an estimate. She did not provide a time frame, but to me, 3 or 4 days would be reasonable. Well, no one ever showed up or called back. After a few days, I contacted another local company who showed up promptly and gave me an estimate for the job. I subsequently made arrangements with them to perform the work.

This company did a great job. Trees look much better. They went above and beyond cleaning up after they finished. You could not go wrong hiring this company.

When I called the company to ask for an estimate the owner came the same day, was very professional and provided a competitive estimate. We received estimates from two other companies and all three were very close in price. Arbaugh's had done a job for a neighbor last year doing very nice work for them. With that in mind and seeing their rating on Angie's List we chose Arbaugh's to remove our trees. This was our first time using this company. When I called to inform them we wanted them to do the job I was told they would be able to do it within four weeks. Five weeks later I called back and was told two weeks. Just over three weeks later they called and said they would be out the next day. The crew arrived the next morning right on time. At the time of the estimate the owner had asked me to mark the trees to be removed if we chose Arbaugh's. I had them marked with orange paint so the crew could see clearly which trees to remove. I spoke with them briefly and left for work just after they started cutting. I returned home in the early afternoon just as the job was being finished. The crew had done a wonderful job. They had cleaned up every bit as well as I could have myself. Many trees had dead limbs and loose bark which I'm sure must have broken apart upon hitting the ground. And being this time of year there were many leaves that had dropped to the ground in the work areas. All of this was cleaned up to perfection. The areas where the stumps had been were raked perfectly level with the surface and had very few wood chips remaining. The supervisor who I spoke with when the job was complete was very professional and made sure everything was done to satisfaction. We would definitely use Arbaugh's in the future.

It went very well. The team arrived around 8 am and left after 12 noon. I was forewarned that the trees would look very thin by the time all was over. I did not need the warning. The team did a wonderful job. The trees have been thinned and drip line was raised. Areas on our lawn that have not seen the sun for a long time, may just grow grass next year. (Big smile). I have plans for the shaded areas on our lawn. I could not have cleaned out the area as well as they did. The team made every effort to make areas look even. With some of the overgrowth, plants that were left were straggly in looks. The team made an effort to trim the remaining plants in order to encourage growth next spring. Any large branches were trimmed, cut in fire place length and neatly stacked by the wood pile. The ground was raked; leaves were picked up. Other than the work done, the team left no indications that anyone had been there. I was very impressed. We will use this company again. The Batzers

Service was excellent. You couldn't even tell they were there due to the excellent cleanup. Yard is amazing. I would definitely recommend them.

They were outstanding. They were way under anybody else on price. They came when they said they would come, they worked as an orchestrated team and they left everything cleaned up. They were efficient and they were super.

Could not tell that they had removed the tree. Very clean site. Would highly recommend them to anyone. 2nd time I have used them.

I called this company on 7/2/14 to get an estimate on tree trimming and removal. They said they would probably be out that weekend to give me the estimate. To my knowledge, nobody ever came. I called back on 7/15/14 to see if they came and maybe I missed the paperwork, etc. I left a message with a live person and still have not heard back from them.
