This company never called me back. I did receive an email but never any follow thru on their end #fail

Over a 2-3 week period. I left messages. Got no response. I got a hold of someone. Set up a time to look at the trees. They didn’t make it. They called a few days later, to set it up, again. Didn’t hear anything, so left a message. Nothing. Few days later, i tried again. Got someone. She said she would have someone call me. Nothing. I give up. I prefer to give the local folks the business, The seemed to have great rating. I’m disappointed in the lack of customer service.

I’ll start with the crew. There was a team of five or six guys that showed up for two days and worked together like a well oiled machine. I found myself watching them from the window and genuinely impressed with their efficiency in performing their job. I thought that the job was huge, but these guys knocked it all out in a hurry and barely left any signs that they were there. Well done! As far as the owner, Gary Sr., this is very nice man who made us feel more like we were doing business with an old friend than someone who was hurried to take our money and run. I will ABSOLUTELY call them again the next time we need tree work.

When I called for a quote, he came within a day. Being very busy, I was told it might even be 6 weeks. They called me last night and said they could do it this morning at 8. So that was only a week. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and fast. The arborist also told me that the tree did not need cabling which saved me some money! We also discussed what I will do in the future. They cleaned up the yard upon completion. I will use them again!

They did a very good job in removing the tree and stump. Also, did an excellent clean up of the area of the removal.

Called and asked for an estimate to remove a tree from the front yard. They took my name, address and phone number. Was told someone would leave an estimate within a week. Waited a week and a half and was never given an estimate. Went with someone else.

Arbaughs did an excellent job cutting down a tree damaged by a storm. They came when they said they would removed the tree and stump. Everything was cleaned up thoroughly. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

Great. They were extremely busy (popular) so it took a few weeks before they were able to perform the work, but they did an excellent job.

It never turned out positve with this company unfortunately. Reading some of the other reviews I noticed how quick the turnaround was for some other folks, and how some were recent too. I was told on at least 5 occasions over the span of going on almost 4 months now they would be out on either a Thursday or Friday to remove the tree and grind the stump. I've called every few weeks to see if they were going to come out. The lady on the phone asks the quote amount and the address each time. The answer has been "you're on their list to do this week," which I've been told a handful of times-again, for several months now. The lady on the phone has come up with several excuses, and has even said it is usually a 2-3 week turnaround, which I was told in August mind you. I'm perplexed by this company by how many times I've been told that they are going to be out to take care of my tree, but just never ever shows. You're probably more likely to get them to service you if the job costs more. The gentleman that did the quote was out within a few days of initially calling them, and seemed to know a bit about the trees I had, this would be my only positive experience with them. My advice to Arbaugh's would be to be upfront with the customer and explain you don't service customers with small jobs that don't bring in much money to them. Really disappointing since they live within my area. I will be sure to recommend other companies that fulfill their promise! I can't understand how they get an A rating on here.

Excellent. They provided a written estimate and did all the work the following day. Both trees are large and had to be climbed to remove all the dead sections. Both trees look very good; all the deadwood, branches and leaves were removed and they blew all the fallen leaves from the yard and cleaned everything up.

Once they got here - they were awesome. Very professional, very clean, polite, answered any questions we had. We had used them before. The issues I have with them is communication. We call and they say they will be out. It took 3 weeks to get an estimate. Once we got the estimate I told them right away that I wanted them to do it. I was told that they would be out in couple of weeks. Well it was almost a month before they came out. I had to call several times to see exactly when they will come out. The company is great so it is workers but they need to work on communicating with people better. I would recommend them because they do great work once they get here.

I left a message for an estimate. It took 3 days for them to return my call. The estimate they provided did not include everything I asked for. We went with another service.

We called and set up two separate evaluations that no one from Arbaugh showed up for or called to cancel. When we called the third time to complain about the missed appointments, we had trouble getting through amd honestly I didn't feel too inclined to keep trying. Since we spoke to someone to set up both appointments I think it's more than a fluke. No call no show once could just be a weird fluke, but twice? When we told you no one showed the first time? If they were lost or an emergency came up they could have called. I'll grant you they might be amazing at what they do, but this was a frustrating miss on customer service

I waited 2 weeks and then called again. I was told the estimate would be done the next week. I waited 1 week and then called again. I was again told the estimate would be done the next week. I again waited 1 week and then called again and left a message that I would not believe them if they again said I would get an estimate the next week. I told them they should be honest with people who want estimates if they were not going to be able to get to them instead of just stringing them along. Perhaps people who want estimates on bigger jobs get better responsiveness, but I would say that if you want a quick estimate, do not call this provider.

They took the tree down in about an hour without any problems I highly recommend using Arbaugh's.

Perfect - so easy because you tell them what you need, they do it as discussed...bam! That easy.

Garry and his team showed up on time and had everything done in less than 2 hours. They used there bucket truck to cut and rope down the tree sections. All the brush was hauled away. We requested he cut the remaining tree into 16 inch logs that we could later cut for firewood. The logs were moved by his team further back in the yard as requested. Tree was trimmed to the ground (no stump removal). All the sawdust was blown away.

It was a good experience. It was late for what I had done. I should have done it a little bit earlier. but they told me that. But they helped me. They took care of it.
