Not good. As others have said he is a very unorganized person. The one thing you do not want to do is give him your insurance estimate. Make sure he goes on the roof and creates an estimate. I doubt he will do that. You will notice there is no address on his business cards. Be sure to make a copy of his driver’s License. That is very important. Half way through the job I asked about the inspection from the City Of Monroe Oh. Scott says he does not need one. I called the City Building and Zoning Commission and it was a different story. You need a building permit and an inspection. The city said he should quit working and get a permit to continue. He became very threatening and he said if he leaves he was not coming back. He tried to not use the correct amount of ice and water shield by code. He was gone most of the day and left me with a non English speaking crew to deal with. Now I have to deal the building inspector. I am sorry I ever saw this guy. I will let you know what he says.

In my experience, Scott is one of the best contractors around. He has a lot of experience and knowledge in the field, excellent workmanship, and he strives for complete customer satisfaction like he says. What I like most about Scott is that he has integrity. He's not trying to sell you something that you don't need, or blow a bunch of smoke like some other contractors you meet. He charges a fair price based on his actual costs and a fair profit. I hired Scott to do a roof tear off and replace on a 25 square gable roof. He was willing to do the job the way I wanted it done, using the shingles and other materials that I wanted. There was another contractor who refused to do the roof without also putting in 4 grand worth of 6 inch commercial gutters, which is ridiculous. I had Scott look at the gutters and he said they were structurally sound and didn't need replacing, unless for aesthetic reasons. Scott came in with a crew of 7 guys and had the job done in less than 8 hours. These guys work fast and have excellent attention to detail. Everything was done very well. I highly recommend Scott.

Took several calls to get him to show up to evaluate what I wanted done , he said he would put an estimate in writing and drop off. He stated he would be able to do the job the end of the following week. I waited a couple weeks , I called him for the estimate , he had everything confused . After going over the job again he said he would drop off estimate in my door . He said he forgot about it, and has taken on other projects and doesn't know when he'll be able to get to mine.

I had three companies look at my roof. I chose Inside Out and am glad I did. I didn't know much about roofing and Mr. Myers "held my hand" through the whole process and made sure I was comfortable with everything he was doing. After some internet research, I found out the shingles he used on my roof are rated much higher than the ones the other companies were proposing. His price was the same. It took him one day to complete the entire project, including making sure the yard was free of nails, etc. His workers were efficient and respectful of my house during the entire job. I would have no problem hiring Mr. Myers again for things that I can't do myself around the house.

Beautifully! Mr. Myers gave me an immediate estimate. He had the materials and dumpster placed within a few days. He showed up on time and completed his tasks quickly. He did a terrific job on both the roof and the front doors, was very careful and cleaned up after himself. No nails in the yard! He was very respectful and easy to deal with. I would hire him again in a minute!

Done a absolute great job and was in and out... Clean up was great and job was done to satisfaction... Would recommend this company for any need you may have with home improvements....
