 + -1 moreCARPENTERS ARE SUPERB. BE SURE EVERY DETAIL IS IN WRITING AND UNDERSTOOD BY BOTH PARTIES. DO NOT USE GALE''S HEATING/COOLING, PLUMBING, OR ELECTRIC FOR THE JOB. THEY ARE AS BAD AS MR. THOMAS. MR. THOMAS WILL NOT FOLLOW THROUGH ON COMPLAINTS WITH HIM. ALSO, DO NOT PAY COMPLETELY UP TO DATE UNTIL CONTRACT IS COMPLETELY DONE.
Description of Work: AS LONG AS WE COMPLIMENTED AND PAID CASH AS AGREED, SERVICE OF CARPENTERS WAS EXCELLENT. BUT, HEATING/COOLING, PLUMBING, AND ELECTRIC WAS A DISASTER AND WHEN WE COMPLAINED, MR. THOMAS LEFT THE JOB UNFINISHED. HE DID NOT WANT TO TAKE CARE OF PROBLEMS WITH HIS SUBCONTRACTOR. WE HAD TO PAY TO HAVE SEVERAL THINGS REDONE - HAD A GAS LEAK IN FURNACE - DANGEROUS. WE WROTE A LETTER ON DEC. 5TH ASKING HIM TO TAKE CARE OF A WARRANTY ITEM FOR WHICH WE HAVE NO PAPERWORK. NEVER HEARD FROM HIM.
