Scheduled quickly and completed in the time frame allotted. Knowledgeable, professional, available to answer questions... They recommend Carrier systems which I was unfamiliar with and so far the performance is up to the job...

They were quick, through, did a great job and cleaned up well. They even we above and beyond to make sure to correct prior mistakes from the last person to make sure it was set up the proper way. They even made sure that they got me scheduled quick and that I was going to be ok with alternative heat sources.

The weather is getting hot and of course that is when my air-conditioning unit started to not provide the cool air I needed. That is when I immediately placed a call to Zoned Comfort Heating and Cooling. I have used them before and they have been dependable and responsive to an individual's needs for cooling and heating. Andy, (the technician for Zoned Comfort) arrived at the time promised and immediately began to diagnose the problem with my air-conditioning unit. He explained all he was doing as he worked. He is a diligent professional with great courtesy, a pleasant demeanor and one who is a great representative for Zoned Comfort. He wasted no time getting the work done efficiently and effectively. He made sure the job was done to his satisfaction, and mine. I would recommend Zoned Comfort Heating and Cooling to anyone needing such service. When I replace my "ancient unit" I plan to call on Zoned Comfort for this service also.

Description of Work: The Service tech installed a new humidifier on the older furnace in my newer home and was very helpful and patient in explaining it's use. The have a "comfort club" for discounted furnace & AC tuning, cleaning & care. Extremely pleased with all their work

Description of Work: My furnace stopped working on New Years Day. Zoned Comfort HVAC responded immediately and fixed the problem. It was a cold winter day and I was really glad to have the heat working again. I am not sure what I would have done without their help. I will use their services again without reservations.
