They did a very good job and the windows are holding up very well. I called him about installing glass blocks in my basement, and he really lead me in the right direction to a company that can do that for me, as he would be more expensive since it isn't their primary service.

I think the salesperson was good. I would say they took a little while before the windows came in but nothing real long. I think it was a little longer than we had anticipated. Punctuality from the office was terrible. The responsiveness from the office on getting replacement windows for the ones that were defective was terrible, that took a couple of phone calls to get that response and it took about eight weeks to get the windows replaced. I had to keep reminding the installers to do some work. They told us about a referral system that they have and we referred other people. They have gotten work done and they are yet to pay on the referral to us or to the people that referred us to them. I would not use them again in the future.

The sales people from Window World were well informed, polite and not in the least bit pushy, my wife and I were both very comfortable with them and they allowed us the time needed to make an informed decision. They comitted to a date and they met every deadline. When there was problem shortly after the installation of all the new windows, they were here in days and the repairs were done in short order. The product is of the highest quality and I do not think that we would have recieved any more had we spent two to five times the price of the cometitors. The heat transfer in summer and winter was dramatically improved and this company definately saved me money on the purchase and in energy efficiency. I would do it all again and I hope that you will do business with them, GREAT VALUE!
