They did an amazing job! They were very careful not to scratch our wood floors and removed their shoes while inside the house. They even wiped down the window sills. The gutters were thoroughly cleaned and they cleaned up all of the debris when they were finished. Thanks for a job well done! We will tell our friends to call Window Genie!

Our house badly needed pressure washing and while we are usually the do-it-yourself type, we feared damaging our siding and also didn't have the proper size ladder. After reading several reviews we chose Window Genie from Angie's List and purchased an "Angie's List House Wash." I made the purchase on-line Sunday evening and first thing Monday morning received a call from the owner to schedule the service. Terry was extremely pleasant and professional and days later our house looked great! I received a phone call once the work was completed with appropriate and appreciated feedback. Because some areas were heavily soiled and our siding was oxidized, Terry explained that they had to be careful with the amount of pressure used. I thought perhaps I would be disappointed when I saw our house, but as previously stated, Window Genie did a great job. When I pulled in the drive from work I was quite pleased with how clean the house looked. We were very happy and satisfied with the work and professionalism of Window Genie and would definitely recommend them for your pressure washing needs.

Terry was very prompt in setting up a date to complete the gutter cleaning. It was an urgent matter and he fit us in within a few days of receiving our request. His crew were very professional and got the job done quickly and neatly. I would recommend them and plan on having them come out again in the future.

They could not clean the windows but many were streaked and rubbed and dirty. Attempted to have them do the job correctly and they were unable to clean the windows and clean them streak free. The power wash was a hit and a miss with streaks from somewhat clean to still dirty.

Professional mannerism and accommodating. Maybe a little higher than the other 199.00 "the deal" power washing on Angie's list but it is worth the service, promptness, communication, and professional other deals out there. It taken less than week for them to come out after payment and they actually was accommodating to your specific instruction and clean up behind themselves as though they were not there. House looks as though it was repainted when completed. No regrets!!!

They did a great job! Terry called me to schedule literally two minutes after I purchased the pressure wash. He and his co-worker John showed up exactly on time (even called ahead to let me know they were on the way) and they were quick and very efficient. Terry was very meticulous on the windows and made sure that I was happy with everything before they left.

My house looks like new again. The north side of the house had green all over it and now looks like it did when I moved in. All of the windows now have a shine that I have never seen before. Both of the technicians were very professional and very nice and friendly.
