Description of Work: Cleaned up the spam, etc. from the computer. It took a weekend to do. These people have been maintaining my computer for a few years now. Keith absolutely knows his way around a computer. I have called others in the past that couldn't perform what they promised. Plus, they will come to your home and get the computer, if necessary, or perform the proper clean-up in your home, if possible. I feel Trusted Network Solutions charges a good bit, but I have used only them for years now, so maybe I am unrealistic about the charges. I do know they are the company to call if you want quick, positive results.

 + -1 moreI am less than a novice with all things electronic. I am in awe at how much Keith knows about computers! I have had other computer "experts" work on my computers, so I do have a comparison. Keith is knowledgeable, prompt, and patient with someone who knows so little about computers.. So far, I haven't received a bill, but I will definitely use these men again when I have computer needs.
Description of Work: I needed a new computer and someone to install it. I called Computer Repair and Services merely because of proximity. Eric sent Keith to take care of my needs. Eric knew the best places on the internet where I could buy the computer and related equipment. Keith picked up my computers, transferred everything possible from the old computer to the new one, and then patiently went over everything with me so I would understand the new computer. Since then, I have had some glitches. I contacted Keith and once again, he helped me with them. .

 + -1 moreMy laptop was infected by a virus. I called Eric on a Friday afternoon and by 5:30 p.m., he sent Keith to come pick it up at my house. Keith kept it until Sunday evening when he returned it. I am self-employed and us the computer for work, so I can't be without it during the week. When Keith returned it, he included a two-page documentation of the work, what viruses he found, etc. I plan on sending my home desktop computer to have it cleaned as well.
Description of Work: Virus cleaning. General laptop clean up.
