Description of Work: Was supped to do remodeling work in the bathroom. Price was given and work was agreed upon, however, did not take credit cards. Contactor was suppose to follow back up to figure out other payment options, but never did. Messages were left to advise him that customer was able to pay by check. He never returned the call. With all the modern technology, small business owners can do simple things to accommodate their customers. Like offer PayPal, the Cash App, or the Square. This can all be done thru a smart phone. Very disappointed.

Description of Work: They painted 4 areas of my home and replaced a window. I was not happy overall with this provider. They were never on time for appointments. They treated my home and furnishings in a disrespectful manner. I still have chunks of ceiling mud stuck to my ceiling fans. They broke 2 pieces of our upstairs furniture and didn't even tell us. They patched a hole under my upstairs sink and it looks poorly done. They decided my carpet in my upstairs bathroom wasn't worth keeping, so they ground ceiling mud into it. (When I complained about the rug, Tim had it cleaned) The first few days here, they didn't put drop cloths done while they were painting or applying mud to the ceiling which resulted in mud on the wood floors and bedroom furniture. They did a better job after I complained, but still not as professional as I expected. The ceilings look nice and we love the new window. The walls could have used one more coat of paint.

Description of Work: We wanted a doorway moved to create more area for cupboards in our kitchen. The guys opened a new doorway and closed the old one. They also moved some electrical outlets to standard counter height. Great work! Tim oversaw everything personally, checking on progress and quality a few times throughout the job. We are already planning another job for them later this summer.

Description of Work: Had my bedroom ceiling patched from a leaky roof. I scheduled an appointment on Tuesday with Tim. He then contacted me and informed me that he needed to change the date. I agreed to the change and the young men that he sent arrived on time. It was very snowy out so they had clumps of snow and ice on their shoes and they came in and walked on my cream colored carpet without putting on any shoe covers. I was not happy and I called Tim to inform him. Once they saw what needed to be done they had to leave my house and go get their supplies to complete the job. When they returned they completed the job in the bedroom.

Description of Work: Hired to do some plaster repair in two closets. Scheduled appointment for 11am. By noon that day, had not heard from the company and had to call them. Said they were busy with another job. Arrived approximately 4 hours after the scheduled appointment, so I spent all day waiting. The actual repairs were sound, but they left plaster all over my basement floor, utility sink and trash can and tracked it back and forth between the basement and the work sites. Even for a discount price, I expected better service!

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for $89 for Three Hours of Drywall or Plaster Repair. Everything went fine. I just had the work done this past Monday, January 20. I was not in a hurry so the time delay was fine with me. I did hire them to do additional work at my home in a few months, they were polite, courteous, and professional. I had no issues.

Description of Work: We needed a bathroom and storage closet added in our basement which did not exist at the start. We needed some drywall replaced and also a stationary tub, screen door and outside light above the basement door installed.

Description of Work: Tim built us a beautiful 16 x 16 deck and pergola.
