After checking out our system, they said that we would either, a new pump, the well pilled and an in-well pump put in place, or we would have to have a new well drilled. they installed a new indoor pump, still didn't work. They came back the next day, started to pull the well, and discovered that one of the pipes going into the well was severely corroded and was leaking. that part was repaired and the system was working once again. They saved us a lot of money by being so conscientious and diligent. The young man who did the work was deeply knowledgable about wells and how they work. We highly recommend this company and we will definitely use them again if needed.

These guys were awesome! JR contacted me quickly after I requested a quote and was able to come out within 24 hours. Matt did the install for us the next day. Both JR and Matt are very friendly and professional folks! I appreciate the promptness, professionalism, quality and overall pleasant experience these guys provided. They provided me with a lot of helpful information on my new system as well. I wouldn't hesitate to hire these guys again. Reasonably priced as well!

This was my first and last time I will use your list I though I would be guided to fair service company I am a senior with a disabled wife When you have no water in you home it is a hardship I was grateful they did have my water restored the next day Great I was then handed a bill for $720.00 I objected to the serviceman but did pay it Mistake I call the company 4 time after repair for an adjustment 2 times I went to a voice mail left message but did not get a call back on 2 other calls I spoke to J R I was told he would speak to the owner and get back to me no call back I will explain why I have issues with the bill A man dug a hole by my well casing to reach a broke pipe it took 4-5 hours Est labor cost $125.00 max the a serviceman repaired it time 1 hour Est cost $80-$120 They did replace a pressure gauge $6-9 pressure switch $ 20 and 14 inches of pipe $ 2.00 on the high side this is $277.00 a difference of extra charge of $442.00 this is not a service company It is a hit and run company a huge disappointment and a costly loss for a senior on SS

Outstanding. I reached out to them based on recommendations and explained my issue to Doug. He scrambled, made calls to his team and I had an employee on scene that afternoon. He ascertained the problem, explained what was wrong and advised me a price. The team was back the next morning, completed a replacement and I paid the price I was quoted. They replaced everything from the inlet with new material and a bigger tank for my large family. I hope I never have to call them again but I would never call anyone else. Very professional and on point, trustworthy contractor named Matt handled our issue. I appreciated his care that my issue was paramount and needed to bump less crucial repairs. That was impressive to be cared about and not just added to a chronological scheduling list.

The technicians showed up at the time they said they would and went right to work replacing the new well pump. They went over and beyond measuring the well depth, etc and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing. Very friendly and professional and really knew what they were doing. Highly recommend this company!

They were professional and did a very good job along with good explanations on what do to and not to do.

It was replaced with a new pump but no diagnostics were performed so I am not sure it needed replaced. Was not given an option to research the pump they installed and ended up overpaying for the part. The vehicle they showed up in was a minivan, all rusted out with an exhaustive leak, and the workers were skuzzy and dirty.

They were an excellent company. They did the job very well. I had a small issue afterwards. I called them and he was out here within a day. He was very professional.
