Description of Work: I went to Stocks Draperies to get information on window treatments for a number or rooms in my home. They refused to work with me unless I chose fabric first. They did not want to discus cost of a project where I knew what the cost was for. In all my previous experiences, I chose fabric by price per yard to fit into the budget of the overall project. Not sure what they are charging their customers for if they are not willing to be up front about it. But, my budget for this project was $7,500-$10,000 and they were willing to forgo that kind of business to keep their charges secret. I chose not to work with a company that refused to be transparent about costs.

+ 0 moreThey were exceptional. They were very very good and I would use them again in a heartbeat. My husband is disabled so he can use the remote control himself and close, open the drapes of these. It is just wonderful. Their price wasn’t really much for what they did. They are excellent to work with. They do very quality work and are very responsive. They work with you like if you are working with as I was working with the tile contractor and he was delaying for the tile delivery. So I just kept pushing them back as I didn’t want the drapes up and then have the house full dust from the tile. So they were very very co-operative in working with me in getting everything coordinated.
Description of Work: I used Stocks Draperies for doing my draperies. They took down my old drapes and curtain rugs and put up new curtain rise. They made me new drapes and hung new shears. I actually got sheers that have druidical blinds build in and that are remote control. They did the remote control part, hung those and put the remote control electronics in and everything.
