They were wonderful. They did an excellent job. They were very professional. They showed up and had the job done when they said that they were going to. It only took two gentlemen to come and do it. They were very nice and polite.

I was not impressed at all. 1. Called to get an estimate for fencing- was advised he couldn't even come to give me an estimate for over 2 weeks. I sent over then a diagram that another company drew up so he (Josh) could provide an estimate. Four days after emailing over the diagram with a request for estimate, and no response to my email at all I called- he hadn't even started on my estimate. Got some info from me over the phone, said he was glad I called he had questions and didn't have my number to reach me, but he did have my email from the one I sent, and I gave him my phone number twice on the call. 2. The quote that came back from them was very basic, not detailed out well at all but their prices Oh my gosh!! I received quotes from 6 companies including them. Theirs was more than a thousand over the next highest quote we received for the same thing!!! They were 42-50% higher than all the other companies we quoted. I definitely got the impression that they didn't want my business.

Southway Fence Company came here late and it's been weeks since we asked for an appraisal and we still haven't heard back from them even when I called them 3 times. I am not going to use them again. The guy who came out was very professional, he was very nice and courteous. He told me that our quote would be ready by the 6th, I called them back on the 9th, 10th and 13th and then I just finally gave up.

It went well from start to finish.

I decided the estimate from Southway Fence was more than I wanted to pay at that time, so after getting the estimate from Southway, I checked other fencing companies. They were all higher than Southway. I don't know about the quality of the fencing that Southway uses, because I checked their choices on their very professional website, but I will get an estimate again in the spring and if I decide on a fence, I will go to see all their fencing, and I will most likely purchase it from Southway Fence.

The person who came out and did the estimate was very professional. He was very open and offered me several different creative ideas for the fencing project. His estimate was very competitive; it was the lowest one I received out of six companies. He took some time to go back to his office and calculate the estimate so we waited a few days to receive it. When they did send us the estimate they had made a mistake and done the estimate for 4 ft. tall fencing instead of 5 ft. tall, which is what I requested. He said it would be about the same, but I would definitely want another estimate before I decided to use this company. I haven't decided which company I will use yet.
